Very rude behavior, doesn't listen well. First time I called her for the draperies, her response was,"I am very busy, I've a lot of work". I should've just not hired her then but the consultation visit was okay, so I went ahead. Spending a couple of grand on draperies for the whole house does give you the right as a customer to expect some service and be listened to on the likes and dislikes, and not be just imposed upon. Someone telling the customer, "I would never want to work with you, you're so tough" on their face shouldn't be in this kind of business. No concept of customer service. Came to know from some of the employees that both husband and wife are very rude. After installing a few folded roman shades, I told her that one of them is lop-sided and need to be fixed. I was told that the issue is with our windows and not her work. It kept on happening again and again with the shades - she'd tighten the string on one side but it won't stay until next time. Issue still remains. There was a design flaw in one of the elaborately detailed valance. I kept on telling her to make the middle valance bigger which will resolve the issue but she won't listen and would give other explanations, even charging extra for every single thing - eventually, that solution was the only thing that worked. I regret giving her draperies for my house. She also took measurements for back cushions for my couches. When I got those made with those measurements, they didn't fit the couch. Instead of analyzing and trying to find the solution, she started arguing defensively that she did the measurements right and I didn't do it right. Please beware. Very unpleseant experience. She'll never be on time either.
