Andreas Quality Doors

Originally found the ad on craigslist selling custom doors at reasonable prices. Decided to make the hour drive to the east freeway store during opening hours. No one was at the shop. Doors locked. I called the number for the location they said they were open. But they werent. So we decided to go to the gulf freeway location which was open. Looked at doors but needed a french door which was at the original location we first went to. We decided to drive back to the east freeway location because we were assured that there would be someone at the location. There was, we ordered the doors. I got a call a week later to come pick them up.i showed up at the scheduled time I was supposed to be there and again no one was at the shop. This was at 1030. I received a call from the owner saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later a staff member from the gulf freeway location called me to tell me it would be another 20 minutes. An hour later the owner finally showed up. This was 1.5 hours I ended up wasting my time and the owner did not compensate me for wasting my time. Buyer beware no one actually works at the store. They are supposedly out on "job runs" which there is their excuse for always being late and having no one at the location even during business hours. They do great work but it's a shame that they can't run the business properly and the or customer service is pathetic. In the time we waited 3 other customers showed up and left because there was no staff at the shop. The amount of time I wasted didn't compensate for their low price of the doors
