I had some trouble with the appointment. Anderson had a scheduling conflict but did not at first communicate well. To compensate, they made my visit their priority the following business day and let me set the time. The plumbers who came to my home were pleasant and professional. They showed me that the plumbing in my house was copper rather than steel. The new hose bib functions well and looks nice.

We smelled natural gas coming from our fireplace and assumed a leak. A technician came out, checked for the leak and did not find anything wrong. He charged a $90 service charge (that was with a 10% off coupon). We feel that this is too costly given that the technician did not find anything wrong and therefor did not fix anything. They are located about 15 minutes from our home, so travel should not have been an issue. I must say that they were responsive and showed up on time, but I feel that they are way too costly. We will not hire them again.

We're very happy with this contractor. They were honest and didn't try to make us spend more, than we needed to. They're very professional.

They were amazing. I am so impressed with their work. I have had no problems with the new gutters. They fit nice and look great. The employees were very helpful and kept out of our way. They answered any questions or concerns we had as well.

Anderson Plumbing gave us a senior citizen discount, which I thought was nice but unexpected. They do really good work and I wouldn't use anyone else, as I've known them for a long time. After he was finished, I didn't have to call anyone else because he got it right the first time and that is really important to me. He showed up on time and finished in a timely manner.

THE TECH. HAD TO DIG UP THE BACK YARD. WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT TO THE PROBLEM THEY FIXED IT QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP. I WAS PLEASED.
