Amigo pools

Description of Work: I was going out of town on business. The pool was green but not real bad so I paid them an extra 150 to get it into shape and then 135 to maintain it for 6 months (135 per month) first thing they did is start to sweep the pool with a pump they had. My pool is equipped to sweep its self. The bad part of this is that they said that I was responsable for putting water into the pool. The pump that they were using they pumped water out on to the grass to sweep it. So how do I know when they sweep it how much water they are going to pump into the yard. Plus I have to pay for the water they are pumping out. Well after I got them to stop pumping water out they took the chlorine tablets that I gave them and broke them up and put them into the leaf baskets. I know that the leaf baskets cannot take having chlorine setting in them. I should clearify that to get the pool back into shape I also gave them 25lbs of shock and 25 lbs of 3inch tablets and 20lbs of De powder. Also had just had them install a new de insert for the filter so that there was a good de filter this means that the defilter was like new. After the first month when I got home the pool was very cloudy and did not look good at all. When I ask about this they said the de filter was not working right. I knew better because It was NEW. Fianlly I pulled the de filter appart to find out what was going on and found that it had NO de powder in it . And the top wire filter that goes on a defilter was not there. When i pointed this out they found the maid guy said he wasnt responsable for the de filter I then pointed out that I HAD PAID HIM TO INSTALL IT. Then he decided to find the wire filter in the bottom of the de tank it was not put on properly. After I reassembled the de filter they went to put de powder into the filter and I found that he wanted to put in 6lbs NOT the required 12lbs called for by my defilter manufacturer. I told him no put 12 as it calls for to me this was stupid becuase he was still using my de powder not his. I had to leave again on business and when I came back the pool was somewhat clean the water was clear. I did know that the de filter was working because I had drained the jacuzzi and refilled it running the water through the de filter and it came into the jacuzzi clean and clear before I left. I noticed that there were green spots that were missed when sweeping the pool with just a brush that had dark green alge growing on them. Well I have to work so I left again I had a death in the family and couldnt go home for 2 months so he did allow me to pay him when I made it back home. The next month I got a text from him I am 500 miles away telling me to add water to the pool. I did ask how when i am 500 miles away and ask if he could just turn on the water while he was cleaning the pool. He said he didnt have time This was the last month he did the pool he said he couldnt be responsable for keeping water in the pool. Sorry for the TYPOS and bad grammer .

Description of Work: I use this company for all of my pool cleaning and repair. The guys with Amigo are great- you can set your watch by them and I have had zero problems with my pool since they began weekly maintenance. I would highly recommend them.
