+ -1 moreVery bad experience. The tech seemed to use a bit of flimflam in telling me what he would charge. He never let me inspect the brochure to see what the charge for various services would be.
Description of Work: The technician came all the way to Stafford from Crosby (approximately 50 miles). He charged me $189.50 for approximately 15 minutes work, which included reinstallling one roller on my garage door, replacing a short pulley and spraying the track with lubricant. We have checked with several other companies and the normal charge for this sort of repair seems to be about $89. This amount is unconsciounable.

+ -1 moreI DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THEY KEPT ADDING THINGS TO THE BILL. THE WORK WAS GOOD, BUT THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH. I HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD & I WAS TREATED RUDELY ABOUT IT! I PROBABLY WON'T USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THEY WERE CALLED OUT TO REPLACE A GEAR ASSEMBLY THAT WAS BROKEN.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job everything was straight and level. I was just thrilled that they put in an automatic garage door with remote controls. They did a great job on the installation and it works just beautifully.
Description of Work: America's Choice Overhead Door installed a new garage door.

+ -1 moreSERVICE TECHNICIAN, REXAL WILLIAMSON, WAS ON TIME AND DID THE WORK IN ALLOTTED TIME. CHECKED THAT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE, SHOWED US HOW TO DO THE MAINTENANCE ON THE DOORS. CLEANED THE WORK AREA WHEN FINISHED. FINAL PRICE WAS SAME AS THE ESTIMATE. VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
Description of Work: REPLACED AND UPGRADED TWO GARAGE DOORS, INSTALLED NEW TRACKS AND UPGRADED TORSION SPRING, LIFETIME WARRANTY ON DOORS, PARTS AND HARDWARE, FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON SPRINGS AND INSTALLATION. PERFORMED SAFETY CHECK ON NEW DOORS. HAULED OFF OLD DOORS AND TRACK, CLEANED WORK AREA OF ALL DEBRIS
