+ -1 moreThis is the second time we have used Rod for a home inspection. Both times he has been extremely thorough and spent as much time going over his findings and answering questions as we needed. For this house, he spent nearly 5 hours going over every nook and cranny. Plenty of other inspectors would have rushed through it in an hour or 2. He provides great reports with plenty of photo evidence to use in your negotiations. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Description of Work: Performed a pre-purchase home inspection on ~3,000sqft home built 1960.
