Working with the Ruchti Realty Group was a very enjoyable experience and one of the few things I didn't have to worry about during the remodel and sale of our home. We signed on with them while we still had several months left of the remodel and they were able to see my vision for how the home would look when complete and how much it would be worth. Going above and beyond, they made themselves available to me to help make some design decisions ensuring the house would appeal to a broad customer base. Through their networking, they found a buyer even before the house hit the market and continued to stay on top of things every step of the way through closing. Working with them was truly a five-star experience and I will definitely use them again!

When we began the home search process, Amanda and Aaron asked us questions not just about the type of home we wanted, type of lifestyle we wanted in our next house. Many of the questions they asked we hadn't previously considered. They used our answers to develop a plan of action. At each new house Amanda and Aaron pointed out aspects of the home that did or did not fit our criteria. Through two very different buying/selling scenarios, Aaron and Amanda were fantastic in meeting our goals. Amanda and Aaron are an amazing team. They communicated well with each other and with me to make sure I was taken care of. Since i got to work with 2 people's schedules it was much more likely that at least one of them were free to show me houses, answer questions, and aid in other scheduling needs.

Amanda and Aaron Ruchti are an outstanding sales team. We met them at the house we needed to sell and they were a positive force every single step of the way to the sale. Meeting them was like finding that one, perfect book that you can't stop recommending people run out and buy. We have had a number of experiences with realtors in the past with mixed results. We have also used Buy Owner. We were in the process of cleaning up a propery we had repossessed and had put up a "For Sale" sign in front just in case. Aaron, Amanda's husband stopped by while we were there to take a look and say hello since Amanda had a property listed on the next street. We took him up on his invitation to come to the open house later that week. We went to the open house to get a better idea of the market and there we met Amanda . She was very professional and personable. As we worked on the property and arranged contractors, we pondered the sales issue and decided to give Amanda a try. When she gave us her opinion of the asking price (she said ours was too low), we were skeptical but hopeful. We pushed the painters to finish on Friday and she had an open house on that Sunday. Tuesday she had an open house for area agents. Two weekends later she had another open house and a contract shortly thereafter. The ensuing inspections, negotiations and closing went without issue. We both agreed that, for the first time, a real estate agent had really earned her money. Every appoinment was prompt and every promise was kept. We can't imagine anything she could have done better.

I had good luck with them. I paid them 6% of $250,000. It was a fixed rate and they did not offer any break on it. They did a very good job. They were very energetic in getting the property on the market, getting it shown and sold. They did a lot of open houses. They sold it in two weeks and three days. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
