+ -1 moreMy car was in the garage and the door would not open. Eli arrived as promised within 30 minutes. Before starting the repairs he explained what was needed (springs and rollers) and the cost of parts and labor. Once the repair was completed he demonstrated that the door was properly balanced and the opener was working. He also recommended a preventive maintenance schedule that I should follow. The prompt professional service turned what could have been a major problem into a minor inconvenience.

+ -1 moreEli called before arriving so we would know he was coming. He worked quickly. He offered ways to save us money by using the same tracks which were still in good shape. Before we knew it the door was installed. It works perfectly. It is quiet and smooth. We declined to have the outdoor keypad because we felt no need. He did install an opener just outside the door that goes from the garage into the hall which is great. We definitely would hire Eli again. We highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreThe door is old and unstable and tried to buckle when using the opener. Eli placed a strong bar to give the door support at the top and it worked. He is very courteous and offered ways we could save money. We decided to follow his suggestion and have a new door installed. He installed it the next day.
