We had problems with the City Of Plano concerning the stamping of a piece of the driveway that projected into the corner of an intersection of two parts of the alley. AOS worked with Plano but was unable to convince them to let us stamp that part. AOS kept us informed of the negotiations. The final results are beautiful. Too bad Plano would not let us stamp that one little area.

Allied Outdoors was fantastic. We had a pretty extensive project, but they were up to the task. The project was slow to kick off; however, once Jesse was assigned to our project, he took great care of us. He visited often, always returned my messages in a timely manner, and addressed our concerns. Turned out beautifully and we are enjoying our backyard. Would highly recommend.

Huge improvement, and looks great. The team was great to work with, especially Ben Allen, and Stephen White. From the bidding process to the finished product, the communication was great, and there were no surprises.

Ryan and Noah and the crews did a fabulous job on our walkways and patio areas. Ryan listened to our needs/wants and designed the perfect product! Then Noah and his crews made the design a reality. Allied and Chris Wise were great. They were patient and helped me navigate the ridiculous city process I had to go through.

During the initial consultation, Ryan Schick (Senior Project Consultant) was knowledgeable and thorough. He spent over an hour and a half working with us to understand our vision, provide insights and recommendations, and draw up options for us. After selecting Allied, our two Project Managers, Daniel Jarvis (concrete) and David Sanchez (Carvestone), were great to work with and made our vision a reality. Expectations were clearly communicated throughout and the work crews were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a quality product. Both teams were reliable, paid attention to detail, left the work area clean at the end of each day, and seemed to treat our yard as if it was their own. We are very satisfied with the final product and would strongly recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions.

Allied did great job from demo to completion! Always kept me informed of what the next step was, when they would scheduled at my convenience. The project managers Chris for the concrete and Ben for the carvestone were always polite. The crews they had were always polite and informative of what they were doing, they would always ask and confirm with me on next steps. The timelines they gave me were spot on. Excellent work! The whole team was very hard working and a very professional group. I couldn't be more happier with the finished product. I was able to have the job financed with 12 months to payoff/no interest. But foremost....... an excellent group of professionals who did there job and did it very well.

After waiting one month for our appointment, they didn't show up. Got text and I replied Y that still wanted my appointment, got e-mail that they will see us on our set date/time but no one showed. I called 45 minutes after appointment time and got office, she said she saw it on list but could not explain why the notice was sent to sales person. I picked them because of what other reviews said but probably won't book another appointment since they seem to be missing the person/professional touch to make sure appointments that are made are kept.

Allied Outdoor Solutions installed a paver patio for us. It is awesome and they were awesome. I’m not sure if we got lucky or if all their crews are as good as ours was. Carlos, Jeremy and Javier nailed it. They worked very hard, paid attention to detail and were super nice and polite. Also, during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, Carlos proactively communicated with us regarding delays and rescheduling, reassuring us that we would be a priority as soon as they were able to work on site again (and kept his word during a challenging time). Allied Outdoor Solutions helped us in renovating our pool and decking! A big Thank You to Carlos and Ben, project technicians who constantly communicated progress. At times it was frustrating wait due to COVID 19! Of course we decide to renovate and natural disaster comes along! I also want to give an outstanding shout out to the workers who laid down the work...impressive work habits! They worked hard through Texas Heat! Also very friendly that we invited them for breakfast! Awesome Job!

Allied helped us out with replacing our sidewalk with brushed concrete, and putting in pavers for our walkway and patio. The results are better than we expected! Matt and Noah were a pleasure to work with, and we were thankful they could continue to safely work during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to do the same kind of work we did!

We needed serious work done in our backyard. It was essentially never visited...just a place to let the dog out and also do some grilling...never lingered there very long. As our house is somewhat small, some additional living space was needed. Enter Allied Outdoor Solutions. We had a design in mind and Garrett Hardy, the project manager, made it happen. He and his crew transformed our backyard into actual living space. My wife and I spend most of our time out here now and absolutely love it. We've commented a number of times how it was well worth the investment. Flash forward 2 years to 2020. Our front walkway and steps were in serious need of replacement. Needless to say, we called Allied Outdoor Solutions for a quote. Richard Rogers, the project consultant, came in with great ideas and a plan to match what we envisioned. Rich had excellent suggestions on the build plan and, in the span of 3 days, Chris Wise, the project manager, and his crew knocked it out - and knocked it out of the park. The results speak for themselves. We are now thinking of a garage extension or portico in back for our cars. Allied Outdoor Solutions will be at the top of our list to do the work. Very professional, great communication and they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Very high pressure sales tactic! Felt like buying my first car back in the 80's. Agent arrive at 5:30pm just before dark and immediately attempted to offer other products they offer. This was followed by reviewing a Webster dictionary sized book of previous projects and a short video while he did the measurements in the dark. Criticized my current pool area and yard area. Estimated $10-11 per square foot which was the highest of the 4 obtained.

After perusing other companies & products, I selected Allied Outdoor Solutions for my project. I thoroughly researched materials, warranties, etc. and contracted Allied for the job. Work was performed on a timely basis (as weather permitted.) Work crew was punctual, experienced, and friendy. The project manager, Shea, appeared frequently to inspect progress and quality. The end project was beautiful and I would reccomend Allied Outdoor Solutions to anyone!
