I liked Allied Outdoor Solutions because they are a family owned business and do a lot of work in our neighborhood of April Sound. I highly recommend them to all looking for an outdoor contractor.

These folks did great work for us after fixing up a botched job from another company (they left us high and dry). The communication was excellent and they're finished work was even better! Highly recommend this company if you're planning to do a patio extension or just dress up your flat work. The pricing was fair we've had many compliments on the finished product!

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Our Account Manager Jonas listened to what we wanted & he created our “plan”! We completely renovated our saltwater pool and transitioned over to an Ozone system, resurfaced the pool with a beautiful Pebbleteck and the replaced the old sandstone coping with new Flagstone. We then added on two additional seating areas to our patio and completely resurfaced our patio with CarveStone! Our style, color, & texture were all completely customized and executed with exactness! We could not be more happy with the look and outcome of our project. We have our own piece of heaven in our back yard now!! Our vision became a reality because Jonas heard what we wanted!! We can’t say enough great things about Jonas and the company he represents. When we decide on additional projects outside, there will be no hesitation on who to call-Allied Outdoor Solutuons or just call Jonas!

Allied Outdoor Solutions is a turn key contractor for everything outdoor from plain concrete to landscaping and landscape lighting. Their employee's helped me design and build a brick flower bed to match my home that is at the corner of highly trafficked street. It looks great! Small project that brightens up our neighborhood.

I have had Allied Outdoor out to do Carvestone twice because they are that good. Drew was great in showing options and making suggestions, and then makes sure you are taken care of through the process. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after their work and made sure they left the area better than they arrived. The Carvestone work itself is actually great, and gave our pool desk a completely different look and feel compared to our old pea gravel. If I was to give any negativity is that the carvestone needs to be sealed to protect the work, and is slightly expensive. I wish that Allied would recommend a cheaper alternative to the sealant that they use, but its not that big of a deal. I mean if you spend the money to enhance your decking then why not spend the money to protect it.

It went great. They were flexible with me as I made a couple tweaks through the process. I was surprised that they could have a paver patio with as much of a drop on the backside, but they were able to do it! Patio turned out great! Thanks Allied!

Despite 4 phone calls and emails, the company didn't bother to return any form of contact. I'm guessing they don't care for my business. So no, they didn't get it and I won't bother them again. Poor customer service.

It went very well, and they were very careful with the demolition of the old driveway plus thoughtful and detailed with the replacement.

We've had Carvestone since 2010 and it still looks like new. Recently we recommended Allied - Drew Williams to another personal friend. They love the product, the great customer service and the look of their new Carvestone patio. I've met the owner Josh years ago and these folks are simply great to do business with. Drew is one of the best customer rep's I've ever met.

Work done on time and we were pleased

They provided the concrete work and Carvestone treatment. They agreed to come back and re-do several areas that were cracked and not done to our satisfaction This occurred in the summer of 2016. This year, 2017 (within the first year warranty) we alerted them that we had developed a significant number of cracks. Since I had alerted them in the fall of 2016 of the number of identifiable cracks, I expected a reasonable plan to complete the work. Wow, was I mistaken. They are quick to tell you that cracks happen and aren't their responsibility, because "that's what concrete does". The issue that I have is that Carvestone is supposed to be superior and stronger than concrete, according to their marketing materials, but if the job is not done well underneath, the carvestone will loose its integrity. They agreed that the seals in most of the cracks were of poor quality, and several obvious cracks were due to poor workmanship. They were not as willing to solve the issues created in the areas of concrete that they contracted with the job (the new pour). I understand the older areas to some extent, but the new areas should have integrity. The simple fact of the matter is that they poured the concrete quickly, and completed the carvestone even quicker, never really giving the pour a sufficient time to properly set. While they went the extra mile last year, due to our unhappiness and withholding payment, they now have their money and are happy to take more to fix a job that was sub-standard at the beginning. We asked for a refund so that we could seek a new product, which they refused. They agreed to fix the obvious cracks but not the most serious issues. We asked for an extended warranty where they would provide coverage for the cracks, they refused. We also had a patio cover-roof extension done, and many people have come to see our completed project. If they ask about the carvestone, we can not recommend it, due to the poor quality and workmanship.

Allied Outdoor Solutions did an Incredible job. The quality or work and craftsmanship was excellent! I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. The result was a new marvestone deck and a plaster and re-finished swimming pool. Both turned out GREAT!

It went very well, they were very good on the initial consultation. they were very upfront about the cost of the project and timing they could get it done. They came in right on our budget and within the time schedule. I would rate them very highly.

Awesome. The concrete crew was non-stop workers, cleared the grass and soil, built the forms, and wheelbarrow 350cubic feet of concrete up the 100ft driveway uphill non stopped in 90degree heat. The Carvestone crew were pure artisans. They worked as hard as the concrete crew, They matched the colors we asked for in the stone.

The transformation was amazing!! I appreciated that the Sales Representative, Ryan, explained the process step-by-step so I knew what to expect. Chad, the Project Manager, also came by to explain details and choices I would need to make. Both of them said to call if I had any questions and responded promptly to my calls. It's reassuring to know that some companies still believe in and practice great customer service!! The price of the project was a little more than I had planned on spending but well worth the superior results!! I could not be happier!

Excellent company to work with - provided multiple options and recommendations to improve existing installation. Workmanship was very good and services provided on-time. I recommend you consult with this company if you are planning to redesign your outdoor areas - excellent product and it looks great!

We got an overview of the project and walk thru the process with project manager. The crew arrived on time. The first day they power washer and prepared the deck. The next day they covered the deck with a special mixture and carved out the flagstone pattern we chose. They prepared a sample board to confirm the colors. The last day they applied the colors.

The crews were courteous and kept us up to date on the progress of our project. We will definitely be using Allied again for our next project!

I was very nervous about the construction process because we have 3 large dogs, 2 young children and on top of that I was 5 months pregnant. I was just unsure how much this was going to interrupt our daily lives & I was expecting a total disaster in our backyard. I was pleasantly surprised to say it was not. The crews were amazing. They were polite & very efficient with their time. I always heard horror stories of construction crews never cleaning up & trashing the construction site. They did not. The crew was very professional & once the project was finished; everything was picked up & put back where they needed to be. Took them 2 full days to finish our whole patio expansion project. Prep the 1st day & pour on the 2nd day. They even called us out so our kids could put their little handprints on the new patio. Which made it even more special. We are very happy with the end results. The job looks amazing. We get compliments on it all the time. We used Allied 6 months later for our stone fire pit & brick columns. The fire pit was very large so it took a day & a half to complete. They ran out of material, but it didn't stop them from working. They worked on other parts of the project & they had the materials there by the end of the day. The fire pit & columns compliment the colors of our home very well. We LOVE our fire pit. We will be using Allied again for our future projects. We trust they will do quality professional work.
