They were great at keeping in touch with me and working with me to get the final product I wanted. It was well worth it to hire them because I really felt I got the best value for the quality job they did! Matt Bennett did an excellent job scoping the project out, providing me with a variety of options and prices. He was very knowledgeable and was great at answering all my questions and concerns. Stephen White also did an excellent job managing the crew who came to my house. There was a small, unforeseen hiccup in the job, but Stephen worked diligently to get the best solution for the job. My wife praised him and the crew for how nice and helpful they were to her when they were at our property. I have zero regrets and will be sure to come back for my next home project!

+ 1 moreWe were VERY pleased with the original resurfacing of our patio and pool area. Everything was completed exactly as promised, and the workmen who completed the job were true artisans with their designs and coloring of the concrete. We are now on our second resealing process since it's been 4 years since the original application, and the entire area looks brand new again. All the cracks and areas with stains that had developed in the interim was eliminated. The surface looks like it did 4 years ago.....it's perfect. We think it was a great investment not only for our personal enjoyment but also the increase the market value of our house.
Description of Work: Originally (4 years ago) we had the deck around our pool and patio resurfaced by Allied. It made a tremendous difference in the appearance of our concrete for the positive. The resealing process that Allied does every other year makes the entire surface look brand new.

+ 2 moreProject went very well! Allied Outdoor Solutions replaced my 40-year old pea gravel (ouch!!) front entry way and cracked patio (approximately 400 sq. ft), and they did an excellent job. Decided on the flagstone design, and am SO happy with it. The surfaces are just gorgeous!! All the staff (project consultant, project manager, and installation crew) was very personable and easy to work with. One could tell that they really enjoyed their work. Got delayed just a day due to weather, but it worked out great because then had several very good weather days for surface to be installed and start curing. Staff communicated well about the options, what would be going on, and how to care for new surface. I am extremely pleased that was able to have this process done, and highly recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions for this type project.

We were eager to transform our bland outdoor space, but weren't sure what the best design would be in terms of layout. He was great and patient as we talked through options to settle on what we wanted. He even priced out a few of the different options until we found the right design for us. Throughout the project lifecycle, the entire team was conscious of when we needed to have the space ready for entertaining, while also maintaining a quality product.

Whether it’s stamped concrete, pavers or other hard surfaces, working hand in hand with a well-qualified company like Allied Outdoor Solutions ensures that the exterior portion of our projects are as beautiful, comfortable and functional as the interiors. I liked Allied’s work so much that they were the only company I called to pave the large motor-court on my own new construction home near Memorial Park. Shortly thereafter, they helped me design the entry to a historic building downtown. Both projects turned out very well and everyone has been very pleased.

Then there was the color board in which they do a sample of what your walkway will look like so you can approve it ahead of time. The project was done in one day and I am extremely happy with it and get many compliment on it. I like that it is now, more or less, a no slip surface as well.

However, after reviewing several quotes from other companies listed in good standing on this App, I found them to be at the high end for pricing. If I had unlimited funds for this project I would have chosen this company to do the work, I just can’t afford them.

We could not be happier with the results - the driveway looks very good, adding to the curb appeal of the house, and the walkway (stamped concrete) was exactly what we wanted!

+ 6 moreExcellent. We have since moved from that house and have now contracted them to add an outdoor wood burning fireplace to our new home. We called them again because we were so satisfied with their previous work.
Description of Work: Allied previously went into our roof line and installed a covered patio. The way they did the roof it looked like it had always been there. They laid a slab and installed a wood burning outdoor fireplace. The products they used were top notch and any time a change needed to be made, it was for the better. We had two small problems and they immediately rectified them with no issue.

Description of Work: Our previous deck was promised to be a "coolcrete" enabling everyone to walk on it without being burned by the hot Texas sun....it wasn't but we endured it for 5 yrs until Spring '17. We also wanted to expand the existing deck by 100 sq. feet. We looked at several contractors and settled on Allied Outdoor Solutions. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and in our case we were extremely happy with the finished product. It exceeded out desires in look and feel...the "stone" look is much better than the painted on stamped look done when the deck was originally poured. Color match was perfect to what my wife (the boss) wanted. Our children and guests all commented this summer how much cooler the deck was and how nice the deck looked. Very professional in all their dealings, very clear and when they screwed up and failed to include the additional 100 sq ft in the original price, they "ate" the additional cost themselves instead of making excuses! That doesn't happen with most contractors! One of the toughest parts for a contractor is meeting timeline expectations..weather, employee complications, supply issues can all create a changing "promised date". I'm sure they have the same challenges but in our case they overcame any that may have occurred and met the timeline as originally promised....customers should still be understanding though if it doesn't go "perfectly".
