The first day the crew arrived on time and they cleared the landscaping in no time at all. They did a great job preparing the space, The 2nd day;they poured the cement and it looked beautiful except for the small crack that developed. Carlos had the integrity to recognize this issue and so they came out the next day to re-pour it again: Unfortunately; after breaking it up and taking it away, they had to wait most of the day for the cement to arrive. As a result; it was after dark before they were able to complete. They did a great job after such a long day, The only thing that could have been better was the clean up. There were residual cliumps of cement left on the grass and although they came back and laid some sod to cover it, it improved the look temporally, I know this would not have happened had they received the cement timely, Overall, my patio is beautiful; the price was fair and I would hire them again!

Review of Allied Outdoor Solutions: After investigating and interviewing several different companies in terms of capabilities, past projects, value for cost and previous customer reviews, we elected to contract with Allied Outdoor Solutions, (AOS). We really liked the look and quality of the Carvestone product. AOS had a very organized approach to our project which included several driveway repairs completed by LoneStar Concrete. This was then followed by a complete resurfacing by AOS. The AOS staff walked us through the Carvestone process and explained each step so we knew what to expect. They completed all preliminary concrete work on time and proceeded quickly in to the Carvestone process. The AOS staff helped us with designing our final layout pattern and colors which they really got exactly as we wanted. The final process went very smoothly and the crew was very helpful with color suggestions. The crew was also neat and did no damage to the surroundings. Our project turned out above our expectations. We love the look of our driveway and how it improves the drive-up appeal of our home. I would recommend that anyone considering resurfacing their driveway, walkway or pool area to interview and consider Allied Outdoor Solutions for the job. My husband and I enjoyed working with Allied Outdoor Solutions to expand our patio with concrete and cover it with carvestone. It’s the perfect space for our family and friends to spend quality time together. We had a great experience with each project manager to the hard workers completing the project. We look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

Allied Outdoor Solutions was very professional and informative with their process. Initial consultation went well, we were able to verify our vision of what we wanted. Pre-work meeting with Project Manager (PM) showed great changeover notes for the job. PM was able to better clarify any technical questions we had. Scheduling was prompt and flexible. For the size of the project, the work required was done in one day. The crew was on time, polite, communicated well, and worked cleanly and efficiently. PM came out the next day to follow up with the job, and verify everything was done to our satisfaction. Crew showed up a few days after the job to remove forms, clean up plastic and scrape expansion joints clean. Over all the Allied Outdoor Solutions process was easy, and we were glad to have went with them for the work.

Quality and professionalism is important to us and we were not disappointed. These guys deliver. They were very helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted. Our phone calls were always answered, the installation went exactly as described, cleanup was very good and the post job inspection was very professional.

Allied Outdoor Solutions blew me away! They are very professional, and it just starts there. I designed the patio and they made it come true! From the sales team to project manager and the people pouring and stamping, everyone listened to our needs and took their time in making sure the job was done right. I can't say enough good things about this company; they truly did an amazing job start to finish.

I heard about Allied outdoor solutions on the radio and decided to include them for the bid to install channel drains and resurface our pool decking. I could not be more satisfied, the channel drains are great for preventing pooling/flooding during heavy rain days. We had an issue during the construction phase, called up our rep Stephen and they fixed it quickly and at no extra charge. They worked hand in hand with us to understand what we wanted and how we wanted it done. AOS was great, Angel and his crew were fantastic, very conscientious of our property making sure not to damage the grass and didn't leave any debris behind. Allied really delivered on everything they promised, the pool deck looks fantastic, the drains are working great, and the best part... their bid was half the price of the next guy. Strongly recommend, Allied Outdoor is awesome.

From initial proposal to finished product, this company provided expertise, quality, and efficiency, Although all workers were great, I was especially impressed with Pedro the craftsman who laid and finished my pavers, as well as the person who completed my carvestone, ( can't remember his name). I was impressed with their workmanship and professionalism especially working in the extreme SE Texas heat. thank you Allied Outdoor.

Everything went great. My backyard looks 100% better after they finished. All the work was completed quickly with attention to detail. The carvestone looks much better than I expected and I am looking forward to having family and friends over to see the upgrade. The only issue I had with them was that I contracted with them on the first of February and gave a down payment. It wasn't until May that they started on the pool, then July that they started on the decking. This may have been because of Hurricane Harvey creating a lot of demand for their services. I wasn't in a hurry and in the end am very satisfied.

Our stamped concrete deck and pool surround was in desperate need of repair and a facelift. It was pushing 20 years old, and the pool coping was missing a chunk from a massive tree that fell across the pool during hurricane Ike (yeah, 10 years ago). I called Allied and a few others, but I preferred the professionalism of Allied. Stephen, Blas and his crew did an excellent job bringing our backyard back to life again. They were all courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day, and respected our time and property. If we needed to meet, it was always at whatever time was convenient for me (which was always evenings). Overall, we are very satisfied with the results, and would definitely work with Allied again on future projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Allied Outdoor Solutions on redoing our back patio in carvestone. From our initial meeting with Joey Hoerr to working with our project manager Stephen White and finalizing the job with Austen McCoy, the whole experience from A-Z was an absolute pleasure and we could not be happier with the end result! Their communication was awesome and we were so happy with the entire process and cannot wait to start looking at our next project with them!!!!

I had a fabulous experience with Allied Outdoor Solutions. From the first phone call until the end of the project they were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions and kept in touch daily. My stamped concrete was 10 years old and had been through 2 hurricanes and a flood. It looked awful! The Carvestone product is amazing - you would never know what was under it. I am very pleased with the finished project and am so glad it did it!!

We had an excellent experience with Allied Outdoor solutions. We had the Carvestone product done in our backyard along with other concrete work and from beginning to end the team at allied did a phenomenal job. They kept us informed the entire way and were professional and courteous at every step. They even stayed very late on a Friday evening to finish up all the details and make sure everything was perfect. The product is great and Austin and his team could not have been better to work with.

Our relationship with Allied Outdoor Solutions was a TERRIFIC one! Our designer (Joey) took our ideas that we discussed and designed a perfect backyard space that is exactly what we wanted. Our project manager (Stephen) is out of this world helpful and friendly and made sure we were happy the entire step of the way. If there was ever anything that didn't look quite like what we expected, he was fast to get it fixed for us. It was wonderful to work with such a diligent group of people and we look forward to other projects in the future!

Our front entry way was dramatically improved by Carvestone. We were able to choose the colors to compliment our recently painted home. Everyone at Allied Outdoor Solutions was polite and we enjoyed working with them and the great work they did for us!

Professional presentation by Matt, went over what to expect & didn’t get frustrated with add ons, the whole job went as expected time wise. We are very pleased with the outcome no complaints at all. Stephen managed the pool repairs & concrete, then Austen managed the carvestone. The workers were efficient & kept areas clean & neat. We will use them for future projects. It is beautifully done.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with how our project was handled by Allied Outdoor Solutions and especially by Corey and Austen. We had a front concrete porch which always looked unfinished and we debated how to finish it. I discovered this company via Google and was immediately drawn to their Carvestone product. I called and was able to get an appointment very quickly, and Corey was personable and explained how everything would go. A quote was given and the process went into the works. Austen of Allied Outdoor Solutions then visited and we talked specifically about patterns, color and generally the logistics of the project. I had in my head what I wanted, but Austen was very helpful with his suggestions and that resulted in a great looking finished project. The guys who worked on the porch were amazing! They came on time, worked late, were very responsive to questions and I cannot say enough good words about them. I was incredibly impressed.
