My patio cover Project went as planned. Allied was very busy so I signed contract and waited until they were available to start. It was not an issue. Daniel was great to work with, always polite and responded quickly when I contacted him. I had a few design issues that were resolved to my satisfaction. To be honest they were a bit more price wise but the quality of their work and the thousands of good reviews gave me peace of mind that they would be there to see the job through to completion. I highly recommended them for quality work. I will use them again in the future. The work crew was always polite, and cleaned up after they left each day. My patio cover looks like it was part of the house from day one.

From the Salesman, Cody thru the office help and then to Carlos, the experience in renovating my backyard was rewarding. Cody managed to agree to the costs I could spend and Carlos was top notch to deal with once the renovation began. He is helpful and insightful, knowing all aspects of the procedure. He exhibited top-notch management during the entire project. If you’re looking for a high quality, professional outdoor living contractor, Allied Outdoor Solutions did an outstanding job on our extended patio/fireplace project. We had a patio cover built that tied into the existing roofline, plus an outdoor fireplace constructed, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Our project was quite extensive and involved the additional challenge of working very close to our existing pool. Masonry, framing, roofing, electrical, trim, and painting were all done very well. It was evident from the construction materials and methods used that Allied has high standards and wants customers to be satisfied. Carlos Flores was a pleasure to work with; Always professional and kind. We LOVE our new patio, and so do our family, friends, and neighbors!

Allied did a wonderful job updating our pool and back yard. Matt, Noah and each of the crews provided a wonderful product both and we look forward to many years of enjoying our refreshed space.

I would like to thank Allied Outdoor Solutions for an excellent job they did on my deck. Not only did they transform my existing deck into a beautifully new looking area, but they almost doubled in size a new deck area. The carve stone came out spectacular. Carlos did an amazing job managing the renovation of our backyard. He's a great professional and demonstrated his expertise numerous times during the project. He was always available to answer questions. We found his recommendations very beneficial. We are also impressed with the crew that did the actual work. They worked very hard in very tough work conditions (peak of the summer in Texas!) and never complained. Javier did a superb job supervising the team. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and quality of their workmanship. We love our backyard now and spend as much time as we can enjoying our outdoor living space!

Allied Outdoor Solutions resurfaced the area around our pool with carvestone. They completed the job in two days and it looks great. Austen and his team were very professional and great to work with. This is the second project we have had Allied Outdoor Solutions do for us and have been very pleased both times.

Allied recently completed a backyard project for us. The project included multiple aspects; pouring concrete, installing iron fencing around the pool and patio, replacing the cedar posts on our patio, and then covering all existing hard surfaces with Carvestone. With all of those moving parts and subcontractors, it is not uncommon to have delays and setbacks. That said, our project manager for all aspects except the Carvestone, Carlos Flores, did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and of overseeing the project. He was personally invested in the outcome of the work, and I greatly appreciate and respect that! Don Norris was our salesperson, and he went the extra mile to make it right when we experienced set backs. We are pleased with the way the project turned out!

We just had our backyard around the pool & under the outdoor kitchen along with the front walkway & side walkways done. Pretty big project yet just took a few days & IT IS STUNNING! I feel like we have a new backyard! The project manager, Austen, was always on top of what was going on. He made sure we were happy & kept us informed of the process & what to expect. Fransisco did an incredible job of getting the correct colors we wanted. We had compass etched near the pool & IT IS PERFECT! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company. The job went very well. I am renovating a house and this was by far the easiest of the projects in an otherwise miserable experience. From beginning to end Allied did exactly what they said they would do. Carlos Flores did a great job. He reviewed the project, making sure he knew what our expectations were and then followed through to make sure his crew knew what to do. How refreshing in the construction trade these days. Carlos went out of his way to ensure that we were nothing but extremely satisfied with the job. I plan to use Allied again.

We wanted to add an outdoor kitchen and some landscaping to our backyard. Robert and Daniel did a great job and turned our yard into a beautiful and usable space.

We hired Allied Outdoor Solutions to repair our outdoor fireplace and remove an existing flagstone patio. Both had been poorly built by a different company who apparently had no clue how to build a fireplace. They were falling apart. Our visit with Don Norris, project consultant, Carlos Flores, project manager and Jesse the masonry master put us at ease that this project would be done correctly. They were all so polite and easy to work with. All were extremely knowledgeable about the work needed. Carlos kept me updated with every step of the work and is such a pleasant person to work with. We needed the job completed by Memorial Day. The weather continued to work its havoc but Carlos worked his magic and the job was finished on time! Watching the crew start to work each day was a pleasant surprise. They were upbeat and worked so well together. You could tell they had been doing this for a while now and enjoyed working together. They stayed busy and professional. No sitting around on phones and just watching one person do all the work. They laughed and enjoyed their work. You could tell they wanted the job done correct! A complete tear down of the fireplace was needed. We now have a properly built one that they made sure it would look just like the original we had designed. The patio was removed and concrete poured so quickly. Job well done. We had Carvestone applied to the patio and decking around our pool. Very pleased with the final look of the project. Hosea is a color master making the final design just like we wanted. Job well done guys!!
