+ -1 moreIn my opinion, not well. The company went bankrupt and did not honor their warranty. They would not try to protect the brand after the bankruptcy. Legally, they appear correct by not taking care of warranty issues. That was their choice. You will need third party insurance for a warranty from this company for peace of mind, in my opinion. Supervision of the workers appeared substandard until at the end. The house was build on the property adjacent to their office. We trusted them, but were disappointed. Electric work was average at best. They never hooked up the electric water heater to the out side barbeque area. The hardy plank siding had to be repaired again. The floors on the porch are wavy. Go to a builder that has never filed for bankruptcy, and get third party warranty insurance in my advic
