The move was a horrible experience. They showed up 7 hrs late to begin the job. Then they tore apart furniture that didn't need to be disassembled and then charged me for it, by the piece. They packed things that didn't need to be packed then charged me for it. The only one who spoke English was the driver and he barely spoke English. They claimed that my stuff took up more space in the truck, so they charged me for it. When they finally had everything loaded, my final bill was $1000 over the full amount of my estimate to which I had already paid more than the initial estimate. That was before the move. After the move : I disputed my final bill with customer service and they did nothing. Actually, they refused to do anything. My stuff was initially scheduled to be delivered on July 2 or 3 but I had to go out of town so it was rescheduled to July 6 or 7. That time came and went and all I got was the runaround. I left messages for the customer service rep who was my POC. Phone calls and messages were never returned when I asked where my stuff was. Finally on July 16, a customer service rep told me my goods were in transit and the driver would contact me. When I still wasn't contacted, I called yet again on July 20. This time I was told my goods were sitting in storage in the destination city since since July 5 and now I have a storage fee to pay. Also, since my items had be placed in storage, they will not deliver them unless I pay them an additional $500. I was also informed that if I didn't pay my full bogus bill, they would sell all of my goods at auction. After I paid the inflated and bogus bill to get my goods returned, I was given the runaround again. This time, they needed to contact accounting, the next time, their internet was down and they could not verify payment. What choice did i have but to pay? If I didn't want them to sell my property, none. The important take away here is that if you want to get overcharged, experience terrible customer service, and have your property held hostage / held for ransom, then by all means, use this company. Aside from this review, I am also contacting the BBB and DOT to file formal complaints. I am also considering legal action in small claims.
