They were very flexible about helping me install the paver patio I wanted at a price i could afford. They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me move sand and fetch missing parts i was responsible for. I will definitely be hiring them again for any future backyard needs.

Workers brought their families to jobsite ... my home. Supervision only at start and at finish. Frustrating project.

The carpenter was not highly experienced and lacked attention to detail. Floors were scratched, a water line was accidentally nicked, and weight was not properly redistributed in a load bearing wall. Most of the wood used was split upon installation because the carpenter did not drill pilot holes or use the correct screws for the wood type. However, I found everyone to be very friendly and helpful in resolving issues.

The person who came to my house to perform the job was not employed by All Under One Roof. He did not know the name of the company and did not know the agreed upon price for the work. He did a good job, but I would be more comfortable with an actual bonded and insured employee in my home.

No issues whatsoever. Jacob came over to the house to discuss the project and we were quickly aligned as to what was required. Crews started promptly and completed most tasks exactly when expected. At the end there were the usual few "touch-ups" required but again, Jacob and I discussed the plan forward and his crews showed up right on time to take care of business. Overall my project came in as expected (on-time / on-budget). Using our new bathroom everyday now and had no issues.
