Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable master plumber as well as being personable, professional, possessing a strong work ethic and a true commitment to his customers to do an exemplary job at a reasonable price. He met with us on Friday and was over first thing Saturday morning to remove two 50 gallon water heaters from our attic and replace them with a tank less water heater (which we absolutely LOVE!). He also coordinated with his roofing colleague and electrician and had everything done in an efficient and seamless fashion. Thomas truly made the whole process quick and easy and we have true comfort that everything was installed properly. He will be the only plumber we use and recommend for any future plumbing issues. He really set the bar high and truly earned our respect and highest recommendation.
