 + -1 moreWe pay an annual fee and then if anything needs to be fixed you do not have to pay anything. They will come out and check out everything. If anything major happens you pay nothing. Sometimes they come out nothing needs to be done at all.
Description of Work: I used All Temp Air Conditioning Co. They look at the heating and air conditioning.
