Description of Work: Did a great job. Moved furniture, cleaned drapes. Got rid of stains. I gave him 1 B because he had to reschedule for personal reasons, but it didn't inconvenience me.

Description of Work: Tried to use this service, but it didn't happen because I'm on the second floor of a condo complex. The provider uses in-truck system that could not reach to my unit. $35 for nothing, unfortunately.

This last visit we had a new employee clean our home, Joey and he was very professional and super friendly and most important ON TIME. We have a dog and a baby so our carpets are always in need of cleaning. Our experience has always been positive. I live in Bellaire and many of my neighbors use All Starrs Carpet Care and have all had a positive experiences.

 + -1 moreThe service person was prompt and courteous. He freely offered advice and tips on carpet care. The price was quoted over the phone, and was reasonably priced. Most soil was cleaned. The service person explained why some spots couldn't be lifted. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 bedrooms, a game room, a hallway, and a set of stairs. One room was heavily soiled. Service details were provided at the time of call. We were told of the name of the person coming. We were also reminded in advance that the service person does not move any heavy furniture.
