It went pretty well. There were some misunderstanding but we got it straightened out. They weren't going to install the hardware(towel racks and etc) but they ended up doing that. We are pleased with the work. They came back to work on the faucets and didn't charge us.

Mr. Beaty came to my house on Saturday, May 21, 2011, the day of my fathers burial service. He told me to buy the flapper for the toilet at Walmart and that he would bring the other part he thought I needed for the toilet. He forgot the other part and the flapper I bought at Walmart did not fix the problem. Mr. Beaty had to leave my house to go get the other part and he said he would return later in the day. He sent me a text message later in that day to tell me that he was going to a concert with his children and that he would contact me later in the evening or another day to get the toilet fixed. The second attempt at him trying to fix the toilet was Wednesday, May 25, 2011, I bought a complete repair kit at Home Depot and had it for him at my home. Mr. Brian Beaty came to my house and changed out what he thought was wrong with the toilet... the entire repair kit was not installed on the toilet on this day. We thought that it was fixed but it was not. The following day, Thursday, May 26, 2011, Mr. Brian Beaty came to my house to fix the toilet. Since Mr. Brian Beaty did this work, my toilet does not flush properly 100% of the time. I did contact Mr. Brian Beaty to get him to come back and finish the job, but he did not come back to finish the job! I had an ER trip the morning of May 26, 2011 and told Mr. Beaty of that, on that day he finally stopped the toilet from leaking but he hit on me that day. The overall experience I had with Mr. Brian Beaty and All Star Home Repair was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend him to anyone who needs any work done on their house!
