Description of Work: The company may be fine but this particular Project Manager had terrible customer service skills. From the first day not ever calling to introduce himself or to let us know he was running late to saying our quote would be sent in five days and it taking two weeks later and never calling to explain why. THe several times I would call his cell phone was over loaded with messages that didn't get cleared...I can't imagine trying to get hold of him in the middle of a project. | |When we sat to discuss what WE the customer needed and was looking to accomplish he would tell us our ideas where not possible and wouldn't work even when they would. He said he would bring samples and then after three weeks calls on the day of our meeting to say he couldn't get the samples. | |His attitude showed he clearly didn't care about what he was doing. He was very condescending to both me and my elderly Mom. | |I work in facilities handling commercial build-outs with Contractors and have never had such a nasty attitude. We'll keep looking elsewhere.

Description of Work: They showed up a few mins early and waited approx 3 mins and left without leaving contact info or follow up despite I had said I was literally around corner. They obviously didn't need the job.

Description of Work: The project was a room addition that replaced an old sun room. On existing 200 square feet foundation. We selected All Star Construction Inc. among the several bidders because the representative gave us verbal detailed explanation of the work they will do, the time it will take and the approximate price within +/- 10%. The work was done exactly according to his plan the representative supervised the work and he was always available to discuss with us about any concern and additional requests. The job was completed within 5 weeks. One week before the estimate.
