Description of Work: Replaced a duct and made sure all ductwork was in good shape and properly mounted/cleaned up furnace/ sealed a few penetrations in attic. They came out to look, made a bid and completed the job all within a few hours time. Completely professional, clean, supportive. A different AC company (Housepro) had come to my house a week before and told me that all of my ductwork had to be replaced--they started the bid at over $4000 and then brought it down in stages to $1200 when I balked. At that point, who would trust that? All Star showed me that only ONE duct was in bad shape and their behavior was absolutely professional and trustworthy. I am so glad I waited and called a company with high ratings on Angie's List--I save a LOT of money and I know the work was done right. I will use All Star for all of my AC/furnace work from now on.

Description of Work: Due to the cool temperature it was determined that I just needed Freon. Freon is VERY EXPENSIVE.

Description of Work: The service man said that what was wrong with our air conditioner was "the least expensive" thing and to our surprise, it was! Yea!

Description of Work: Checked our a/c after a lightning strike eventually disabled it. Replaced the capacitor and installed a new thermostat. Our a/c is running great now. The technician was courteous & professional.

Description of Work: We initially had Chris and his team out for the $59 evaluation. We were so pleased with the initial meeting that we had Chris and his team do work to rebalance and fix the duct work on the 2nd floor. We have called Chris several times for different issues that have come up. He is very responsive and able to service us either same day or the following day. Will use All Star again and would highly recommend them for your A/C and Heating needs!

Description of Work: The A/C drip pan in the attic had a hole in it and was leaking water through the ceiling before I noticed it. An All Star serviceman replaced the drip pan with a new and larger one. Very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Replaced the damper in our zoned system and "topped off" the coolant. Upstairs was not cooling.
