+ -1 moreI called the office and made a complaint but have heard nothing but that they were sorry.
Description of Work: They were called on 12/24/15 to repair a clothes dryer at our rent house. I was told the repairs would be $400.00. Since that was over our budget for a repair, we paid the $69.95 service charge and declined the repair. Through a course of events which included getting another clothes dryer which would not work, we realized the problem was lint in the wall plug nothing was wrong with the first or second clothes dryer. I called the office as soon as I realized this and have not heard from them since. So glad that I refused to spend the $400.00 on the unnecessary repairs.

+ -1 moreIn the month of June, dishwasher problem started again, contacted All Brand appliance in July 2015: On 7.22.15, repairman came out again, now stating that the motor was bad. The cost for the call out 69.99 the cost for the repair 490.00. My issue is when you came out in January to fix the original issue, why didn't he check the dishwasher motor. T
Description of Work: Replace parts for dish washer in January 2015 , I was having problems with my dishwasher draining the water after the cycle.

+ -1 moreI called All Brand Appliance right after the refrigerator went out and they sent a repairman over that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix. He said the new compressor would have to come from Dallas so we scheduled for 2 days later. The repairmen arrived on time and installed the new compressor in about 2 hours. I was well satisfied with their competence and friendly attitude.
Description of Work: Refrigerator compressor was replaced.

Description of Work: A professional repair man came to my house and diagnosed the problem. He said he would order the part and call me to reschedule to install it. I was scheduled with them 4 times and asked that they call me 30 minutes before so I could be there. every time, they were either already at my house and left when I said I needed 30 mins to get there or I would miss their call, call back 10-15 minutes later and they would make me reschedule for another day. I then went on vacation and upon my return I called twice and didn't get a call back (they assured me she would call me back when she returned from lunch). I was scheduled for last Friday and the repair man called me at 6:45 PM to tell me he couldn't make it but said he had me scheduled for Monday...he never showed up Monday. I called them yesterday and they apologized and said they would be at my house in the MORNING. it is 2 PM and I am still waiting. I would go with another company but I don't want to pay another trip fee.

+ -1 moreI give All Brands high marks for trying but low ones for execution. I have a Fisher-Paykel dish drawer. They worked on it off and on over a period of eight months with very little help. It was in the shop for four months. Upon return to my home the second time, the dish drawer was improperly installed and the installer left a mess with water all over the floor. I also found the washer leaking so they must have defeated the overflow switch rather than repair the problem. All in all, it was a waste of time and money as I must replace the unit, anyway. In all fairness to All Brands, Fisher-Paykel APPARENTLY offered them little help
Description of Work: They were supposed to repair the upper drawer but continually misdiagnosed the problems and continually created more.

+ -1 moreIt took them 6 different attempts at misdiagnosing the problem and 2 months of back and forth while they had us ordering different parts before they decided the ice maker needed a new compressor. After putting in two faulty compressors and another months time, the machine still does not work. On top of the fact that their work is incompetent, the people who work for this company are rude. They act as if they are put out every time you call to report that they did not solve the problem. They do not call back when promised and when you try to follow up ( so you aren't sitting home all day waiting on the technician to show up) they basically tell you it's your problem and always sound frustrated that the customer actually expects customer service.
Description of Work: Our in-counter ice maker was not producing ice and needed toe repaired.

+ -1 moreWe had an unavoidable, last minute scheduling change and All Brand was accommodating. In general, we were pleased with their responsiveness. The technician sent to our home was polite and helpful. We were pleased that he did not try to pressure us to repair our microwave when a new replacement was the more appropriate choice.
Description of Work: Our over-the-range, venting microwave was broken. We scheduled a service call with All Brand, and their technician came out to look at the microwave and determine if it could be fixed. He quickly diagnosed the problem. At our request, he did check on parts and labor costs for fixing the problem, but he recommended a new microwave instead of a repair. We agreed with his assessment of the situation, so we did not continue with the repair.

+ -1 moreHe was very nice and professional. The first time he came he changed the ice maker out. Two days later we noticed the ice still wasn't being made and he came right back out the next day and fixed that. His name was Robert.
Description of Work: They fixed our refrigerator which was a problem after Hurricane Ike. The ice maker and some of the controls got fried.

+ -1 moreCompany was easy to reach on the telephone, and I was able to call on Friday afternoon and make a Saturday appointment. The office called to let me know when the technician was on his way. Technician troubleshooted and repaired the problem quickly and charged the minimum one hour of labor. (While $120/hour seems a little steep to me, I felt it was fair and paid without comment. I should have asked about the labor rates when I set the appointment so I wouldn't have had sticker shock.) Overall I was happy and would call this vendor again.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME WITHIN 2 DAYS OF FIRST CALL, ORDERED THE PART, BUT WAS A MISTAKE ON FORM SO THE WRONG PART CAME IN, THEY DID NOT CALL TO TELL US THIS, AS WE WERE EXPECTING THEM ON A CERTAIN DAY, WHICH CAME AND WENT. THE PART TOOK OVER A WEEK TO ARRIVE. THEY CAME OUT TO FIX ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE. LATER IN THE DAY WE TESTED THE WASHER AND IT STILL WAS HAVING PROBLEM. SO CALLED BACK MONDAY AND THEY SENT WORKER OUT IMMEDIATELY. WAS SAME WORKER WHO HAD BEEN THERE SATURDAY. HE DISCOVERED THE WIRE AND HOUSING WERE ALSO DAMAGED(PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN), AND FIXED THEM. TESTED WASHER HIMSELF AND IT WAS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.
Description of Work: GAVE GOOD ESTIMATE, CHARGED THE ESTIMATED PRICE NOT OVER, SUBTRACTED THE SERVICE CALL FEE $55 FROM THE PRICE OF REPAIR. IT TURNED OUT THAT OUR WASHING MACHINE'S CIRCUIT BOARD WAS FRIED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED, AND ALSO THE WIRE AND HOUSING CONNECTING IT.
