Great job, however they gave me an estimate of $500. And then sent a bill of $850 was told I must have miss understood the invoice but it is in writing and I am not up to a fight this company as they now are our alarm monitoring system.

Office underestimated cost by 30%. Great instructions on how to use system and cost saving suggestions with good coverage.

My wife and I were very pleased with their service and responsiveness. I especially liked Gaylon's no pressure approach to selling systems. He provided exactly what I wanted and did not try to sell me stuff which I didn't need. I also liked that the monitoring contract is for only one year, not for multiple years like other companies.

Great... it went exactly how I wanted it to go ... they were done installing the contacts in less than 60 minutes... they had to adjust quickly when they first got here to get the right magnets for my windows.. it all worked out ... Experience paid off... very happy with service .. recommend service to others :)

Both Gaylon and Sean were very professional. They said they did not mind me looking over their shoulder while they were working. Not only was the short removed but the whole house alarm and phone wiring was tested. Excellent, prompt, and on time service. Recommend for both alarm and house phone wiring systems.

The techincian (Sean) arrived 10 minutes before the window time for the job. I explained to him the situation and he proceeded to perofrm the work required. He aslo answered all my questions regarding the system since after 20+ years all the pencil labels were faded. No complaints on either the work or the technician. The bill I received was right on the money for what they esitmated it would be.

They put a fresh new sign on my front lawn for free, I am very pleased. When you have a fresh new sign, it signals to criminals that you really do have active alarm monitoring services.

The survey went very well. The owner provided many helpful and infomative suggestions. We have yet to make the decision to proceed.

We found them on Angie's List. I called four companies. Two of them never showed up, one of them came out and said he would get back to me with a quote. He never got back, or returned any of my calls. Gail, at Alarm Monitoring showed up, and he spent a lot of time in the house going over everything, and educating us about what we didn't know. We felt very comfortable with him. At first, we were concerned because they are a small company, and weren't sure about the level of service the could provide. Not necessary about the quality of installation, but the level of responsiveness they would provide. They came in, and took their time with the installation. They are very nice people, and did a good job. They did what we asked them to. They came back within a reasonable amount of time to correct a few minor issues. They were by far the most responsive of all those I contacted. It's difficult to grade their pricing, because I didn't have a comparison. Based on previous experience, they are in line with what I've paid prior. The responsiveness isn't quite what I expected it would be, but based on the circumstances, I'm happy with it. The biggest deal to me is that I trust them, and that's why I would use them again.

Every job they have performed has exceeded my expectations.

AMS Houston installed my system over a year ago, and the system worked fine for several months. Then one of my door contacts became faulty and the system wouldn't work. AMS come out to replace the battery, but this only worked for a few weeks. When I called again, they said that the contact needed to be replaced. Since this contact was a recurring problem, they made extra effort to come out at my convenience, even though my home is quite far from their office. Now the system is working perfectly. I have always been impressed by their knowledge and personal yet professional service. And AMS is very helpful with troubleshooting. This is a small company that does things right. Kudos to them.

Punctual, professional and extremely helpful

Everything went well. The price wasn't too bad. They came when they said they would and got it fixed that day. I had one guy that came out and looked at the job and then two or three days later they came back out to do the work and they got it done in three hours.

I have never seen anyone perform customer service to this level. They have integrity, honesty, and willingness to do what I want. They go beyond any regular service company. If there was a 10 star award I would give it to them. They have walked me through how to use the security system with patience and respect.

They are wonderful people. The alarm went off due to a faulty glass break sensor in our house. They came over and checked the whole system out. I have been using these guys for 18 years and they are wonderful. They are very thorough people. They showed up within 2 hours. They are great folks and I just can't speak too highly of them.

Initially I contacted them via email asking for quotes on installation and service, and there was a two or three day lag time. I beleive that if I had called the response would have been immediate. The agent who came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was punctual, professional and very patient when instructing me in how to use the new system. I am very satisfied with my new security system and the company which installed it.

My house was struck by lightning damaging the alarm system among other things. I asked for repair quotes from ADT, who sent out a minimally trained technician. The technician by the way, didn't find all the problems with the system and suggested purchasing a complete new system. We received a quote from the ADT sales people, who are only looking for the big sale as well. Called and set up an appointment with the Alarm Monitoring guys. They found all of the problems, made recommendations, repaired the system promptly and at the quoted price. In addition they advised me of other potential problems I might have from the lightining strike. They were right. These guys know what they are doing. We are also using their monotoring service and are very satisfied with that as well.

At the first appointment they looked at our system and discovered that it was a quite older one, so they had to go back and get the instruction manual for it online. They came back the next day to do the programming. They were extremely professional, courteous, and they took their shoes off. They said that while our system was no longer being manufactured, it was a good system so they didn't recommend revamping the entire thing. I appreciated that they didn't recommend replacing the system, which I would imagine would cost significantly more.

One of the great things about them is they did not push me to buy a brand new alarm system, they used my existing system. Their on-site technician, Gaylon, was fantastic. He stayed for a while and helped me out, he explained to me how to properly run and use the system. He also answered some general questions about my home telecom for me.

The service has been outstanding from the initial quote, to coming back to explain everything once more, to their courteous behavior and conduct around the house, punctuality and overall customer service attitude. Very pleasant company to deal with. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

They responded to my request to review my existing alarm system and to make suggestions as to how to update and improve it. I was already aware that the wireless transmitters were available. They reviewed my system, and suggested installing the additional glass break and wireless transmitter. I asked that they send me a quote. I received the quote the next day. I then asked them to install the additional equipment. They scheduled the install the for 2 days later. They showed up on time, a 2 hours window, and installed, tested the existing equipment as well as the new equipment. They reviewed their records for my system and noticed it had been 3 years since a small battery, in a small zone transmitter, was 3 years old so they recommended I replace that also. They did all of that work plus the small battery for the same amount quoted. I should also say that they have done work for me previously. I was having a false alarm problem and they were able to resolve that issue at a fair cost.

As expected, they arrived, took off their shoes, and went to work. It has been two weeks and no further false alarms. It was the same two service people, owners of the company doing the work. The same two people that did work for us 2.5 years ago. It is nice to know they are still around and providing the same quality service.
