+ -1 moreA lightning strike damaged some but not all of my alarm sensors causing false alarms in the middle of he night as well as random chirping during the day. Ron is always professional, responsive and thorough. He disconnected certain areas of the house for a few days to ensure no false alarms, then narrowed it down to individual sensors and then replaced those diagnosed as bad.
Description of Work: Ron performed diagnosis and repair after a lightning strike damaged part of my alarm system. He made about three visits to ensure he has isolated which sensors were bad before repair as the alarm would go off unexpectedly when armed. Once identified, Ron replaced the appropriate sensors so we can now activate our alarm again.

+ -1 moreI called him on Thursday and he came the same day to give an estimate - although he was busy he fit me in to his schedule and installed the alarm the next day. The house did have a Brinks system installed previously which Ron made use of the wiring and glass sensors - rather than charging me for that again. He is honest and responsive to his customer's needs.
Description of Work: Installed a self contained alarm with a motion sensor in a 1800 SF house.
