Description of Work: We had a storm and lost electricity. The air conditioner is a new unit. If its off for more than four hours, you have to get someone to reset it. We didn't know that. It never happened before. It was cold and we didn't need the air conditioner. It was hot one day, and it wouldn't come on. We called them up, and they were out the next day.

+ -1 moreOur air conditioner died, and was not meant to be revived. Our son had his first asthma attack, and it was sad. We called them, and they were out the next day. They said they would stay until it was finished. It ended up being a lot longer than they had thought. It ended up being 2:00 in the morning, and they were there the whole time. When we could come back, the house was clean. They didn't mess up anything. No dust or dirt. They cleaned everything. I could bring my son home. They weren't leaving until it was done. Didn't say it was cheap. I was worried about my child. I wouldn't bring him in anything dirty or dust. They are our provider now.
Description of Work: Replaced our air conditioner unit. They put in all new vents and everything. New unit, new vents. New condenser outside. It was everything. They changed out everything.

+ -1 moreThe Condenser unit that was originally installed failed within 1 year of installation. they came out and replaced. I haven't hit the 5 year mark and I suspect I have another coolent leak. I called and left a message with their 24/7 answering system at 7pm. It is 10:30 pm and I have not received a return call. I am disappointed in the quality of the product they installed and now in their customer service.
Description of Work: Airteam installed my a/c unit in my house in 2008 has since been called back for a condenser unit leak and another suspected freon leak
