+ -1 moreThey had very nice customer service and I would use them again. The price for the re-laddering was reasonable, but the reinstallation was pricey.
Description of Work: They re-laddered one of our blinds and reinstalled it.

+ -1 moreOverall, this could be the finest service we have ever received. We dropped off the blinds to be restrung. They said it might be a week before they could get to it, and we agreed. They repaired it the next day and promptly notified us. A kind gentleman carried the blinds to my car and warmly wished me a happy and blessed thanksgiving. At home when we hung the blinds up, we noted that the repair turned out to be completely perfect, including functionality and color match. When we buy blinds again, or need repairs, it will be from this store.
