Kevin is an outstanding locksmith. He is prompt, professional, helpful, thorough, very experienced and knowledgeable. He replaced several locks and handles and installed a keypad. He reviewed all of the options and helped us choose the appropriate security measures for our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their home security.

I've been working with Kevin for several years, and especially since he opened up his own business, Airborne Locksmith. Kevin is simply the best in the business! Most recently, he replaced six swimming pool gate locks with new, self-closing and locking commercial locks, and nine fence gate locks and door handles. As always, he did a great job. I just moved to a new house and we were looking to purchase a new safe. I was looking online for a reliable locksmith and came across Airborne. I went to their shop, and they had a great selection of safes with reasonable pricing. Kevin was able to deliver the safe the same day and he bolted it down with ease. One thing that I would like to note is that he was wearing a mask and I felt very comfortable with that. The overall experience was very fast and easy. Kevin was very polite and extremely knowledgeable.

Our back door would not unlock from the inside. After looking at the reviews on Angie's List I choose Airborne. We arranged an afternoon appointment for the next day. It just so happened the house painters came the next day and were taping over the doors. We asked if Airborne could come out before the back door was painted. Kevin arrived 30 minutes later replaced both front an back door locks with no tap high security locks and even fixed the door sticking problem. We were very happy the the prompt service and professionalism of the technician. We would definitely use Airborne again.

Over the past four years the owner of Airborne Locksmith LLC, Kevin, and his team have been taking care of the safety of my home and my rental properties. Kevin was always available to accommodate my busy schedule, whenever I needed to have high security locks installed or to find solution for a long distance control over the guests’ access to my short term rentals. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, perfectionist when it comes to his work, offers competitive prices and is overall pleasant to do the business with. Recently, I accompanied my friend, who was looking for the home safe, to his store, which is located at the intersection of Westheimer and Chimney Rock Rds. It is a small shop with a good vibe, renovated in a trendy style, which makes a safe shopping immediately more pleasant experience. Most importantly, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and my friend ended up with a great deal and the same day delivery, a deal far better than the offers she got in other locksmith stores in the area. The bottom line is until Kevin and Airborne Locksmith is in the business, I am their faithful customer and I recommend him to my family and friends.

Genuinely the best experience that I had with a contractor. Kevin pointed out in a non-salesy, matter of fact way security issues that I had with my deadbolts. He also discovered that the spring in my front door knob was actually broken, which would have been a disaster if I was no longer able to twist the knob to get in. He was prompt, and had great communication. And was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I'll definitely work with him again.

We have used Airborne Locksmith LLC on several occasions. Kevin has always provided us with excellent service. For example, I ordered 10 new door knobs for our interior doors. When I received them, I realize the bore hole were to small on all of our doors. Kevin came out and recut all of the bore holes and replaced all of the door knobs. Another time I acquired his services was to have our front door locks rekeyed. Both times, Kevin did a great job and was very quick and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Kevin again for any of our locksmith needs. We appreciate his prompt and professional services.
