+ -1 moreOUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS CHARLES BROCATO. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT AND FAIR. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND CHARLES TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A/C WORK. I HAVE REFERRED HIM TO OTHER CUSTOMERS, AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN SATISFIED.
Description of Work: WE USED THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL TWO NEW A/C & HEATING UNITS IN AN ADDITION WE ADDED TO OUR PRESCHOOL BUSINESS. WE HAVE ALSO USED THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE WORK AT OUR HOME, AS WELL AS TO INSTALL TWO A/C & HEATING UNITS IN THE ORIGINAL PRESCHOOL BUILDING BEFORE WE ADDED A NEW ADDITION THREE YEARS LATER.
