I called Monday morning and they were able to come that same morning. The staff I spoke to on the phone were professional and friendly. On Monday, we paid the service fee of $129 and were told we needed to replace the switch. We replaced the light switch on Monday evening and the unit/thermostat still did not work. I called on Tuesday morning and they came back out the same day. They did not charge us a new service fee since the light switch did not fully fix the problem. We were then told the transformer went out and we purchased a new one for $136. They deducted the service fee from the cost, the transformer actually costs $265. They had thermostats on hand but we chose to purchase it elsewhere. However, before leaving the tech confirmed the thermostat was broken and tested a new one to see if the AC/heat would turn on before leaving. We had a very good experience with Air Tech and would definitely call them again. Our tech on Tuesday also discussed out AC/heater's health and age and options for the future when we're ready.

Great! She detected a potential problem with the gas line and took pictures to show us. She'll be back soon to replace the flexible pipe with the correct solid one at a decent price.

They quoted me 680 for anew motor that they would have to order BUT this is what happened the downstairs a/c has worked continuously since they left and the upstairs has ceased to work from about the time they left They returned and told us that the downstairs did not need a new motor but a 3000 compressor this for a unit that is now working perfectly they then changed 289 for capacitor for the upstairs unit that still is not working

Went great. Used last year and was happy so used again this year.

The service was fine; my unit was working fine, they checked the unit and everything was good.

The tech checked out and cleaned our heating system. Then he gave us an estimate for a new updated system.

They came out on a Saturday, made a quick assessment, and had another technician available to install on Monday. All together, the assessment and the job was less than 2 hrs. A week later, there is still no issues. All went well.

I was quite pleased with the work that they did. They were pretty quick in their ability to come out very soon. The only issue that I had is that, the tech was wonderful, she was prompt, but I kind of felt like I purchased the $136 coupon, but only after they came I realized that the service they performed wasn't up to that amount, like the service they performed was maybe less than $100, so I kind of felt like after I purchased the coupon there was no way to go back and issue any credit or whatever. So I kind of felt like I overspent, but oh well. I can't fault them for my mistake, I guess, because basically the price that they charged me was less than what I paid.

We use them based on an Angie's List recommendation 3 or 4 years ago.

Claudia was kind, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. She did a great job and explained everything.

The service performed were very good.

Air Tech came in the morning for the service call and was able to do the installation that afternoon. The crew worked diligently and late to complete the install the same day.

The gentlemen were there almost all day. Minimum fuss and dust. Would I hire again? Yes.

The A/C had been running fine before they serviced it, it was just was due for it's yearly maintenance and cleaning. The tech serviced it in the morning, and in the afternoon of that same day, the temperature in the house rose to 85 even though the A/C was set at 73. I called the company and they did come back, but by that time the A/C had started to cool the house again. The tech said he did not know why it happened but everything looked fine.

It went well. They cleaned out the primary exhaust and showed us how to maintain it on our own between maintenance visits. They added a part that would help the A/C turn off if both exhausts would get too clogged.

Very well. I like these guys since they do not try to upsell or tell you that you need a new unit. They fix the problem.

The repair man Rodolfo, was personable and seemed knowledgeable. He installed a new Run Capacitor 55 50 mfd and 2 lb of R22 Refrigerant. He also cleaned out the drain pipe to our drip pan overflow in out attic.
