Salesman came out on a Tuesday to measure and determine scope of work, said I would have the quote that day or the next day. Didn’t have a quote by Thursday so called them and got a bad excuse and was told that they would have it done the next day. Friday still no quote so I emailed them at which point they informed me they did not want to install a system for me, so now I have lost an entire week and need to find a new AC company to install my system.

Called them out and took care of my problem in one trip. Appreciate it.

She cleaned the A/C condensation exhaust so that it would not flow from the secondary (backup) exhaust. She replaced a part that would shut down A/C so that if both exhausts were to get clogged water would not overflow.

Guy who came out was nice and knowledgeable. Talked to him about upgrading my system since it is old. Wasn't to pushy. When it goes out, these are the guys I will call.

All work was performed as advertised. No hassles.

The rep (Daniel?) arrived as noted and began to check out the unit. I had turned the unit off before the phone call for an appointment. The unit was working within specs. The freon pressure was a tad low but OK. Both the compressor and condenser were running ok and were cooling. While nothing was found, it was comforting to have service provide so quickly. I have been using AirTech for several years and have found their service, reps and equipment to be of good value.

Installers arrived on time and were very professional in their approach. Completed in about 6 hours and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied with the equipment so far.

Wonderfully. Now we have them come do all our seasonal checkups. They did everything we asked.

It took several visits to determine the root cause of the problem and get it fixed but all if the Air Tech people explained things well and did a good job of diagnosing the issue.

DO NOT USE AIR TECH OF HOUSTON! I would consider them crooks after I was the victim of their deceptive business practices. I called them to ask if someone could come out to assess our HVAC system and provide estimates for any improvements they could recommend. They provide free estimates, and never was I told that there would be a charge for the visit. At the end of the visit, I was beyond surprised when the technician informed me that there would be a $129 charge for the visit. I talked with the office, and they said they could reduce the fee to the Angies List $53 special, but that was the best they could do, as they charge for those kinds of assessments. They also said that they would have a manager call me the next day, which never happened! On top of that, while the technician was quite pleasant, the visit was worthless. He went from room to room and pointed his heat detector at the different vents and told me that they all were putting our heat, which we already knew. The issue was with the uniformity of our heat. I would urge anyone to look elsewhere for their HVAC needs!

Our A/C went out on the first warm day of the new year. A technician was at our home within 2 hours of our call on Friday evening, after hours. Our high-efficiency motor had to be located over the weekend, but the technician returned Monday with a quick fix. He credited the ~$100 we paid for Friday's diagnostic visit toward the cost of the new motor. The technician also spent a long time talking to my father about his unrelated A/C issue, offering advice but not pushing the company's services. We have used them previously and will use them again. The technician was highly professional and courteous. As a mom, I would have felt comfortable having him in the house with me and my baby.

Wonderfully. A/C works great. They did everything I asked. The temperature in one room wasn't quite right, and they came out right away and took care of it.

Installed new furnace, coils, etc in attic and 2 new condenser units (American Standard 4ton and 2.5ton, 16 SEER). Had in place 10 months and Hurricane Harvey hit. The condenser units were submerged for about a day.... AirTech has been out to test... we will see if they survive for the long term. (Unfortunately, a flood voids the warranty.. ) But units did kick back on and cooled in the early days of cleanup. Airtech was very responsive to come out to test the units. If we have to replace them, we'll use them again.

Air Tech arrived on the scheduled time and completed the inspection on the 3 units in my household (including advising me that a temporary repair on the exhaust line was ok )

They did a very good job. It was less than the coupon they offered for the service!

Very good. Technician was courteous, quick and efficient and explained everything in detail. Wasn't expecting a repair job but you can't place a price on safety. Good thing I called for the inspection and didn't have to deal with something worse.

Fast install, cheaper than two other quotes I got, and done right.

The technician was amazing. He very knowledgeable and gave me info on next steps for my unit with several options. No pressure just great service.

One of our A/C units was making a high-pitched whining and we were concerned it was on its last leg. The first tech that was sent out took a look at the unit, and said we needed to replace the capacitor to the tune of about $200 (plus the service fee of about $150). This did not resolve the issue, so we called back and requested they send a different tech. This tech took one listen and said anyone should've been able to tell it wasn't a capacitor issue and that we needed to replace the unit, for which he provided a quote. We called to speak with a manager, requesting that we at least be credited the service fee from the first visit, if not for the capacitor, as well, since it was clearly a misdiagnosis that was even confirmed by their own personnel. I was told they would look into it and then never heard back. So, basically, we paid $500 for absolutely nothing and had ARS Rescue Rooter replace the unit. Both of the companies that quoted a new unit also found issues that needed addressing with the duct work and coil, which Air Tech missed because neither technician even took a look at the attic unit.
