Air Tech of Houston is great! Within just a few hours after getting a coupon on Angie's List, they called to set up an appointment & were out the next day. I was very grateful, since the air went out on Saturday and it was fixed by Monday. Although the technician let me know that I needed to replace the condenser coils, he didn't tell me I had to do so right away and he just added freon to the system (too expensive to replace coils at the moment but will do so before next summer). Very good, honest service in my opinion & I highly recommend. I will definitely use them again!!

Great. Service man arrived on time and conducted a good check on my system.

Very pleased with the work done. The technician explained why it was not possible to tell how much freon was needed prior to added some. I was concerned it was an opportunity to add charges on to the service call. This was not the case. He was not there to up-sell. I will use Air Tech again.

Good. Reckon checked out unit and indicated future replacement of unit for 7800.00. However I can have the unit replaced for only 3k

It was fantastic. Our AC went out last night. It was blowing warm air. We went online and requested service, were called first thing this morning to notify us someone would be at our home between 9 and noon. We received a call around 9 and by 9:30 someone was working. They thoroughly tested the system, explained every step and gave us a quote before proceeding. The AC was working again by 10 am.

His recommendation was I replace the unit as the coils were broken and the coolant was running low.

Excellent!! Technician was VERY thorough and meticulous in her inspection. Claudia checked pressures and temps to refrigerant charge. Also told us we did not have a float switch in our drain pan (news to us). She even added slime tablets to the main drain line and also blew air through the line to ensure it was not clogged. I highly recommend Air Tech of Houston.

technicians arrive on time and were professional and knowledgeable. everything on the description of services was not done. technician stated we would be called regarding quote for additional service that would eventually be needed. It has been over a week and we have not heard back.

Kyle was the tech. From previous visits, I had higher expectations from Air Tech of Houston, so I stayed with him over the entire visit to understand the process and any conclusions. However, by the end, I felt like I wasted my time. This Tech seemed to be hurried, distracted, and drawing conclusions before he had checked all the data. When he made a repair recommendation that was somewhat expensive, I inquired more, only to find out his conclusion was based on clean filters, but he had not checked the filters. I also had to remind him of several items in the maintenance check when he said he was done.

Tech was great. He explained everything he did and he was extremely thorough to the items in the deal. Other techs had been unable to locate a leak, although he spent the time to find the small leak and prove it was indeed the spot.

Wonderful, they were on time, answered all my questions and did the work with not mess to clean up. The Airflow is perfect. Highly recommend.

I called Air Tech of Houston and explained the problem. The representative said that it is the type of problem they can address, and there would be a $129 service charge. We made an appointment for the following week. When the tech showed up he looked at the problem. He told my daughter that the fix would be labor intensive, mentioned some things she might have do, such as wrap the duct, then left. They obviously did not want the business. We are talking about some drips coming from an air duct. It was a complete waste of $129.

Jose and Adam were the technicians that came out. They did a great job, they were very professional and polite. They were very quick with coming out to my home as well.

Great. Rick was on time, hustled, got us back up an running fast. Even took some time to educate me to prevent these problems

The tech, Claudia, did a great job. I think she was more thorough than any tech I have had before. She pointed out several problems that had not been pointed out to me before. She showed me how the unit was preforming within specs, but the ducts were not delivering all the air to the registers. She gave me a quote on replacing the ducting. Note: Ducting is 39 years old. Based on her recommendation I found an Angies List company to repair the duct work. See separate report on AV Sam. She pointed out several problems with the a/c system, which confirmed what I already knew. The unit measure a 23 degree drop between intake and outtake,i.e. the unit is working. Maybe the best $49 I spent.

Excellent job. Removed old duct work, added new duct work with dampeners and vents and added 2' of insulation on the ceiling. Very professional, knowledge and fast. It took about 6 hours, I thought it would take longer with all the work they performed. Would use again,
