Things went well. They turned the A/C unit off and reset it. The unit started cooling again. They came on time and were prompt about their work.

We like them very well and we had them do some extra stuff. We used the deal which a good. We had two units and pay one unit on the regular price and one unit on the Angie’s List deal. So far we were happy with the price, the regular price was nice. We had them put extra filters in and that costs us almost $1000 and we are hay with the work they did. They were on time and the person seemed to be knowledgeable and courteous.

I've hired Air Tech twice now and both with great results. They are timely, fast, great to talk with and excellently priced.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. It's been 8 months and the system has been working well.

After a month of calling, playing phone tag, a supervisor was supposed to call us back and never did. finally got a full refund. two thumbs down for them.

Air Tech of Houston LLC's service turned out great for us. They ended up being able to fix a larger problem under the deal that we didn't even know was going on. I don't remember exactly how long after it took them to come out, but I remember it was very quickly. The air conditioning actively wasn't working so when we contacted them, they came out, I think probably the next day or something. Everything was handled very professionally and quickly. I think they were here on time.

That went alright. They came by on time. They said the AC looked fine. I thought they gave me an honest appraisal. They should keep all what they're doing. They didn't charge me anything. It was a good price.

Crooks - bait and switch. The tech. was very professional. Minimum charge was $129 for the visit which would be credited towards any services. He said AirTech regarded the unclogging as a plumbing issue, so it would be an additional $259 for that service (which would be approximately 15 minutes of work) and that he could not credit the $129 because it was plumbing and not directly A/C, out of his control - even though this is the drain to my A/C. I opted to pay for the service call and not have him unclog the A/C which was the original request.

Ended up being more then the $49 due to we have two units. They did a great job and were very informative.

They were unable to fix the problem. They could understand the technology better.

We received a response to my quote request in a timely manner however they tried to upsell us for a unit we were not interested in and the quote provided was almost double of a competitor's quote. We will be passing on this vendor.

I think the guy was late. I would tell a friend or an Angie’s List member to shop around. I like that they were straightforward and they should have been on-time.

It went fine. He didn't explain like I would have liked him to, he just put a meter on it and said it was low on Freon. He didn't do a test to see if it was leaking, as you weren't supposed to have refill the Freon on this unit. He didn't give me the answer I was hoping to get, like how much it was leaking or any kind of information that I would hope to get if you're doing a check on the unit. He did refill it, but I don't know how much it's leaking. so I'm going to get it tested again in another six months or a year to see if it's low on Freon.

They sent a large crew, used dropcloths in house to keep things clean, and finished the job quickly and carefully. Polite and professional service.

After taking a look at the system in the attic and outside, they checked how much refrigerant was still in the system and determined we were low. After explaining the options, we opted to add more to the system before going through with more drastic measures.

Fine. Advised us of some things we needed that were not installed on the original ac. Namely an emergency shut off/float for the drip line

Air Tech of Houston is great! Within just a few hours after getting a coupon on Angie's List, they called to set up an appointment & were out the next day. I was very grateful, since the air went out on Saturday and it was fixed by Monday. Although the technician let me know that I needed to replace the condenser coils, he didn't tell me I had to do so right away and he just added freon to the system (too expensive to replace coils at the moment but will do so before next summer). Very good, honest service in my opinion & I highly recommend. I will definitely use them again!!
