We just moved into the house and they had been doing a bunch of repairs for us. They were doing a great job.

They had to fix a part that was under warranty. The part was under warranty but the labor wasn't. They had put in the original unit. It was disappointing that I had to pay labor. The tech said they were having difficulty with this particular part with this particular unit. My thought was "why did you even install it 5 years go?". It was disappointing to have to pay the labor on something they had installed and the manufacturer part had failed.

I called the company to come check my A/C because it wasn't getting cold. The first time they came out, I was told that it doesn't do any good to but freon in my unit because it was an old unit. When I contacted Angie's List, they recommended I see if the company would come back out and remedy the issue. When the other technician came out, not only was he rude, but didn't even have any freon with him! This was especially frustrating because the deal specifies refrigerant and there was none brought during service.

They were very thorough. They were on time, explained what they did and talked to me about the whole situation. I liked them and if they had any other deals I would purchase them.

Sam found 2 capacitors dead, and he charged 289$ for the capacitor which worth less than 50$. Upon asking him about this, he started comparing prices with other companies and hourly labor charge etc...Not a convincing argument. This things were not mentioned up front. Not satisfied with such opaque service.

I called at 8 in the morning in a panic because a/c stopped cooling the night before and I had people coming to my home at noon. Alan was there by 9 and handled the problem by 10. Excellent, professional and polite service.

Claudia PM's my 2 a/c units which was a part of my yearly contract and she found that the hard start switches weren't working - she replaced them and they are working fine. In fact, they don't hit as hard when they kick in as the original switches!

We have been using them for 25 to 30 years. They are good. It was an old heater. It was probably the original heater we had installed in 1980 so it needed to be replaced. There were at least 3 men in and out and 1 woman. I don't have anything to compare the price too. We didn't think the price seemed out of whack, but who knows. They get a high score and that is why we keep having them back. They do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. They don't leave you hanging.

It was a brand new company when we started with them. They have always done excellent work. We always use them.

They were punctual. They were very good. It was just one person. It took probably 30 minutes and they left the area very clean. They explained what they did and the condition.

They get all A's. That's why I let them come back and keep servicing the unit.

I use a company called Air Tech of Houston and they've been pretty good. Their not very cost competitive. They were here to do the work in April of 2016. Everything still works, I didn't have to call them out.

Came out the day we called and completed the work that afternoon. We didn't have to wait at all. They were very professional and were done in no time. Cleaned everything up after they completed job. Great job!

Service was done last spring. Air conditioners were inspected, but were not cleaned. When he left there were still lots of leaves visible inside the A/C units. Was told all 3 needed work, the cost would be about $12K, and that I probably wouldn't make it through summer if I did not act immediately. I declined getting any additional work done, and my A/C has worked perfectly for the past year. This year I plan on using a different company.

We have our units checked once a year. We utilize them. They do both units. They did a good job and I was happy with the work that they did. The service was $39 per unit, but I had them install a start up capacitor that makes the unit last longer. I had him do that in addition to the normal check-up. The price was fair. They did a good job. They were here when they said they were going to be here. I'm going to be calling them in a few weeks to use them again. They came out one day and did the whole thing. One technician came out and it took 2-3 hours.

They called me after I paid and informed me that they do not do water heaters. I rated them well for their prompt reply and for being open and upfront about not being able to perform my needed service.

They were able to diagnose what was wrong but it ended up being a much bigger fix than we initially thought. So we ended up doing the actual repairs ourselves to save money. But they were able to diagnose it fine. Their response time was really good. We called them and were able to schedule something right away. We were a little thrown by how much the actual repair would cost later on. Doing it ourselves ended up being significantly cheaper. We have the attic ladder that drops down. Which when it dropped down it kinda made a big mess on the carpet below which I guess I wish they had notified us about or made an effort to clean up, because I found it kind of days later.

Excellent. Work was professionally done. Technicians explained what they were doing and took time to answer questions I had.

Efficient service with no complications.

There was one technician that came out and he got the job done. Did exactly what we had asked.

We have been using AirTech of Houston for years. They kept our old AC going longer than it would have without them, and when it was time to replace the 3 and 1.5 ton units for our bungalow, they provided a good quote, didn't oversell, and have been keeping those units going for the past few years with winter and summer tune ups. Honest, good work, no drama, our go to AC people!

They came in and quickly identified the issue and remediated by replacing a burned out fuse.

It took about an hour for the work to be completed. One person came to perform the service. They were absolute professionals, they provided excellent work, and they very much on time. They also provided a quick response too.
