They were very professional, helpful and answered all my questions. The house is under two years old so this was my first annual checkup, wasnt sure what to expect. He helped me to reset my settings, checked all of the system and provided excellent advise. Should I NEED service instead of just a check up, I will definitely be giving them a call.

Everything went extremely well and during the service the issue with the one unit that had been occurring for sometime was resolved and has not returned. These folks know what they are doing.

I was 6:00 PM Sunday night and my husband and mother said at best we could call someone in the morning. I went on Angie's List and found Air Tech of Houston, but could not find a coupon that fit our issue. I saw they showed to be 24/7, but did not want to pay overtime or emergency fees. I went ahead and called at 7:00 PM and left a message with an answering service. Mr. Wagner called back at 7:30 PM and left a message. Needless to say I returned his call and after confirming there were no additional charges for the day and time - he was at our house at 8:05!! Wow, I never expected that type of response or service. Billy reviewed the system and problems. He replaced the Starter Kit, Condenser, 2 caps, burnt wires, Freon hoses, and added 4 lbs. of Freon. WOW - amazing. He checked our system in the attic and we will be scheduling a visit in the fall for him to check the setup of the complete AC and heating system. After having many other companies come out to repair our AC in the past I think we have found the best. Thank you!!

It was still under warranty. I just had to pay for them to come out, and do the work. I appreciate that they took the extra step to check to see if the part was still under warranty. I called them. It was an emergency call. It was two in the morning. They sent someone out to see if it could be corrected. They had to get the part. They fixed my fireplace free of charge, so I could use my fireplace. They fixed it the next day. The total to fix it was two hours total.

The entire process with Air Tech was just about flawless. Their technician came out Friday and diagnosed several issues I was unaware of. He even helped me with a unit that I had replaced under warranty. He then thoroughly took me through the options to replace my system. After explaining the options and asking me all the appropriate questions, I agreed to go forward. He was quickly on the phone and had the replacement scheduled for the next day. When the crew arrived the next day, each was extremely professional and took great care with my house. The job was initially estimated to take 5-6 hours, but they brought enough crew to finish in less than 3 hours. These folks are excellent. Highly recommended.

Well I initially started using them for the annual check up for my heating and cooling. Then I needed an repair last summer. They came out quickly. They seemed to do the work without any trouble. It just worked out.

Ethan was our technician and he was as thorough as thorough can be. (He was formerly with Fly, so we are glad to see some of the same faces.) He went over the work performed, which he had written up with great precision, and also addressed an air flow concern we had in two rooms that are adjacent to each other. He opened the dampers more to see if this will improve the situation, but also made a recommendation to increase our duct size if we still feel the flow is not at the level we would like. He prices this out for us. He also addressed a slightly high start run amp situation on our compressor, and made the suggestion to get a start kit, which he priced out for us.

They are very, very good. Really top notch. I'd give them a B in pricing, only because I don't know what the normal is. The quality is what's important. When you put in a big system, you have to be sure it's installed correctly. These guys did that. I called this job a "work of art." The way the put the lines and everything, it looks factory built and beautiful. We've used others, but the owner of this company is always training their new guys and keeps them up to snuff. They're a very professional outfit. I couldn't recommend anyone better. They are really friendly and technical or engineering oriented. This is a smaller group. Most of the groups around here are bigger. If an outfit is too big, you avoid it. If you see them advertised on t.v. forget it.

These guys were the essence of professionalism. They worked around my family almost like they weren't there. They did this while moving heavy equipment into the attic.

I found them on Angie?s List and they are awesome. They came out on a weekend, the same day I called. It was like at 11:00 at night when they showed up. It was amazing. It was a Friday night. I called them after hours like 7:30/8:00, they sent some guy out at like 10:30 or 11:00 that same night because we said, ?it?s the weekend and we have people coming in from out of town!? They came in and fixed everything. Then they came back the next day, early in the morning to replace a part. It was Air Tech of Houston and they were phenomenal. It was pretty expensive. They charged us a service fee, but then they credited it towards the repairs. I couldn?t tell you what the service fee was because we didn?t end up paying it. It was about $500 for the control board. We actually came into contact with three different people. The first night, I talked to somebody on the phone and they sent out somebody different. The next day, in the morning they sent somebody new to come to complete the repairs. Then after the guy left, later that same day it stopped working again, so they sent the original guy that I had talked to the first time back out. He didn?t charge me anything for that visit. He came back out, fixed whatever the issue was, got it working again and didn?t charge us anything for follow up. They were great. I just thought it was amazing that they sent somebody out on a Friday night at 11:00. They cleaned the area pretty well.
