It went fine, but my AC thermostat has not been the same since and all the settings were messed up even after I reset it. It never acted like this until someone came out there.

Fine. Work was done quickly and professionally. Care was taken to protect the house and area was cleaned up after work was done. Unit installed was American Standard 3 ton, 14 SEER.

Serviceman was on time and friendly. He did a thorough job inspecting the unit and hosing down the coils. Quote for replacement was reasonable. Will consider hiring them to replace the unit.

Air Tech did a good job, Martin, absolutely incredible. He did a good job, he got the air back on. He got everything back on, everything cooling. He was honest.

They are excellent. They came out to make sure that the unit was working like it needed to.

Technician, Michael, was excellent. Working with the company/phone and email support was useless. I called to make an appointment for a check up and was told that I could save money if I bought an Angie's list coupon for an AC check up. I told them I wasn't aware that they could grab a coupon purchased for another company and they told me they could. I bought the coupon and called them back with all the purchase information. After the repair man left I noticed on my bill that they had not credited me for the coupon which I had paid for. I made four phone calls trying to get this corrected and sent email to the company and they promised to get this fixed but never called me back with a resolution. Finally, I called Angie's List who told me that there is no way to grab a purchased coupon from another company. I won't be using Air Tech again.

I had purchased a maintenance package with another company that went out of business and Air Tech assumed its commitment and completed the package. Setting up the appointment was easy. The tech came over at the appointment time and completed the service on time. I will use the again. The cost for the service was from the original package, no additional funds for this service was needed.

Presented me an additional $223 bill

Air Tech replaced our circuit board due to an electrical outage surge on a Sunday evening. We made one phone call to this company at 5pm on a Sunday evening and after a quick trouble shooting effort via phone they determined they would need to make a service call to us. They arrived promptly within 30 minutes. Billy was pleasant, professional, and prompt. He was able to implement a short term fix so that we had A/C for the evening while he ordered the circuit board. We received a call the next morning and Air Tech had the part and were ready to install by 9:30am on Monday morning. Prompt, quality work, and a professional/knowledgeable team - we are very pleased with the work by this company and the price was reasonable considering that it was the circuit board.

Air Tech was not the least expensive bid on this job but they were in the ballpark and WELL worth the extra money. I spent some time planning out the replacement of the ACs and conferred with a family member who used to be in the business as well. At the start of the install the installer had a better idea than I came up with! The installation and drew positive comments from the city inspector who came out to inspect the installation. I had a concern about one of the units and Air Tech sent out a tech to investigate with no hassle at all.

Their price was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

It got fixed fast and the tech was great!

It took less than thirty minutes and the area was perfect when they left. They are perfect.

Mr. Sanchez was very efficient. punctual and informative.

Team arrived around 9 AM and began removing the heating and AC mechanicals from the attic. They put down tarps and were very respectful and careful of furniture, walls etc. By 4:30 they had completed the removal of all of the old components including the outside compressor's and the installation of the new systems. The group was very professional and attentive to all of our questions.

only one question: Nothing was mentioned on the paper work about applying mold removal tablets to the a/c tray in attic. Since I am no longer able to get in the attic, this was something I really wanted done.

Adam extremely professional. Knowledgable. Very happy to find that the capacitor was the problem (often in Houston) and he carried a variety on truck so could fix immediately. Checked entire system to make sure all working properly. They did not charged the extra $100-200 after hour fee that meant contractors do!

Everything went like clockwork and was running by 9pm that evening. My only concern is the price of the R-22 that they charged to recharge the old unit. Exactly a year ago, Air-Tech installed two pounds of R-22 for $136, or $68 per pound. This year, they installed three pounds of R-22 for almost $198 per pound, or $594. Although I know the price of R-22 is escalating rapidly, I have seen it advertised on Angie's List for a much lower price, so I would encourage people to shop around.

The agent came in on time and gave his recommendation properly. However; the unit they recommended is very expensive.

He did a detailed check and I was impressed with his AC knowledge.
