Description of Work: We have a 13-year- old Trane unit; a couple of months ago, it stopped cooling, though the fan was blowing. Many folks in the neighborhood recommended Perry Slocumb & Air Rite, so I gave him a call. He and his colleague arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call; when checking out our outside unit, he found that one of the contactors had burned out. They replaced it in minutes and were one their way. The service call and parts = $150.00 A month later, the AC stopped all together. Again, I called Air Rite and Perry and his colleague arrived within an hour. After inspecting the attic unit, they determined that the old overflow control was faulty. They removed it and installed a new float switch. The service call and parts = $112.00. I was extremely happy with the service and cost of repairs.
