Purchased the "Big Deal" provider never called or responded to schedule the appointment. Finally I requested a refund from Angie's List, they promptly refunded the purchase price.

First, he was late for 1 hour. Second we used the deal for 48 tune up. We have three AC but only one has problem, but they would not come to do only one , so basically we have to spend three times of the money to check one AC. Then this guy comes and fill the Freon, he charged us 80 /gallon Freon, so we ended up paying about 400 dollars for one AC tune up !!!!

It was a really hot day when the air conditioner stopped working. I called Air Rescue that they put me at the top of their list since we had no air. They came the same day and stayed several hours until the unit was repaired. They were very nice, and professional. The price was totally fair and I was truly grateful.

The company never called me for my appointment. I called them after two weeks and got an appointment the next day. The technician if you can call him that was at my home in my presence all of 45 seconds. He asked to see my A/C unit which was on the side of the house. I met him in that side where he passed me talking on his phone....reached my A/C unit saw it had a fence around it that I had ready to take off to give him access but before I could say a word he was telling me to call and get my money back as he passed me to leave. I asked his back he was leaving my yard what was the problem. He said it was too dangerous....this guy was a joke who came to do NO WORK. The owner need to fire this guy he is bad for for his business ...one Lazy GUY

They tuned up the ac unit and they told me I needed some minor repairs. I purchased those as well. They were prompt and on time.

No problems. Service person kept me informed on when he would show up.

Everything went well. The technician was punctual and communicated well. He let me watch while he performed the service and explained what he was doing. They did recommend additional parts that will end up costing approximately $800-$1000 and I will be getting a second opinion.

I felt that Mr. Alfred was genuine concerned of my situation and came by on a HOLIDAY to see if he can get me and my family out of the heat. Our air condition went out and was not cooling the air in the house. It was awful to see my wife and children in that condition. I called AngieList over the phone and representative gave me 3 closes companies rated the best. I called the first one which was the competition and they said to come out on 4th of July he will charged me $180.00 just for the service call. He said he charges $90 per regular day and extra $90 because it was a holiday, I quickly turned them down and called Air Rescue after seeing a promo they have and also they were the 2nd on my list. He offered to come around 1am to 2am the wednesday when I called after my work but I said no that was fine. That was the first thing that stand out. I asked him if he could come one July 4th and he said he could. He did tell me that he could look at it but just to keep in mind that if we need a part like a coil or condenser that the location may be closed for the holiday. I thanked him for giving me the heads up and scheduled to meet that day. He came to my house and fixed the problem. My wife and me were amazed how quickly he found the problem and took care of it . Now we have a A/C repairman for life!

Cleaning went fine, but I was using a $49 coupon that include 1 lb of Freon and the technician said that the Freon level was fine. Come to find out that I had to call in another A/C company that put in 2lbs of Freon because the tenant was complaining that the A/C was not cooling properly. I emailed the company wanting my $49 back, but haven't heard back from them.

They were good. The only disappointment was I ASKED before i scheduled and bought the service if they were going to spray the outside units with a cleaner or if they were just going to spray water on them. I was assured that they cleaned the outside units. When the serviceman came he said that that "cleaner" was an upcharge of like $200 and was not included. So the units were just sprayed with hose to get dust off. He did find things that needed to be repaired and was very helpful. He apologized about the cleaning and said the dispatch lady was wrong and they would look into that.

Excellent! From making the appointment to meeting the provider to performing the service. Mr.Alfred was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and the results of his testing. Buying this deal was a great decision. This gentleman was very honest and I will definitely use Air Rescue again. The prices were very reasonable.

The deal purchased from Angie's List was for a $50 review of the AC system. However, we have been having issues with the AC failing to ventilate one of our upstairs bedrooms (which was the main reason we wanted the provider to come out). When scheduling the appointment I asked that this be one of the items to be reviewed. The technician who arrived was friendly and pleasant. However, after taking a quick look at our AC he started what sounded like a pre-rehearsed "Golly, I never see issues but after taking a look at your perfectly operating system you need several hundred dollars worth of work." I mentioned that we have a home warranty that covers AC work and would be willing to put in a service request with them for the provider to perform the work. However, the technician said they wouldn't work with home warranties (which made me doubt the need for the recommended repairs). I then showed the technician upstairs to the room with the cooling issues. He spent less than a minute reviewing it before suggesting two options: 1) Add additional ducting. However, they would not guarantee this would improve the situation. 2) Add an in-line fan and wire it to the AC. We have a zone control system with several automatic dampers. The technician didn't review this at all to confirm it was working properly before giving me his recommendations. In the end, he quoted me several hundred dollars worth of repairs for our AC and told me he'd give me a quote for the options available to cool the upstairs room. It's been a week and I still haven't received the quotes.

He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He pointed out some possible future problems and provided me with written estimates.

It went well. I am still waiting on an estimate for repairs, and I thought the price of the thermostat was a bit high.

The guy who came was very nice, very knowledgeable and very informative. He did the $49 inspection and showed me what work I needed to have done and did more work so it cost more like $259. But, I think that the work that he did was probably necessary as it had been quite a while since the air conditioner had been inspected, to the best of my knowledge. I had it done within a week so there were no delays in scheduling. Angie's List people tend to be more expensive than I have found outside it, but the quality is more likely. I probably will use them as my regular air conditioning inspectors.

2 days after I closed on a house, the AC went out. Air Rescue was able to send someone out that day which was greatly appreciated since I had contractors trying to work in a very hot house. The repairman was able to get the AC working that day, so contractors could continue working. I bought an Angie's List Deal for an AC update. Unfortunately, my 2 units had a lot more problems than the coupon covered. The 2 outside units needed new parts and the unit in the attic needed qyite a bit of work... needed to be resealed, the unit was sitting on bricks instead of proper supports, the pan was full of rusty water. While the repairman was working, the board that controls the fan went out and had to be replaced. Quite a bit of work was done. The only reason I didn't give them an A for quality is that it is pretty obvious that some of the duct work is damaged somewhere as I get good air flow through some vents and little or no air flow through others. I talked to the repairman about it and he agreed that some vents had no air flow. He said he would come back to fix these items one night after he finished another job. So far, he has not done this. I know the attic is god awful hot this time of year, but I really need the duct work repaired as some rooms are not cooling.

I am highly satisfied with all the work. The guy came out and checked everything out. He did make one addition to my system, I believe that he called it a starter kit and that would decrease my electric bill. I am very satisfied with all the service from them and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted the company from a coupon that I purchased. They set up an appointment for the next day. The representative arrived ontime, was efficient is determining the problem. He explained the extent of the work needed and answered all of our questions. We scheduled further work for the following week. He projected that the work would take 4 hours. The work was completed in 3 hours. The area was left clean. The ac works very well. I recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with the gentelman who came and checked on our a/c units. He was very professional, efficient, and helpful. I will definately use this comany again.

This went really well. He did not take long to do the work. I plan on using them in the future.

They were excellent--they kept me up to date on what time they would arrive at my home. They were very professional thoroughout the service. They were also very respectful and helpful during the visit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alfred with Air Rescue USA is always prompt, courteous, respectful and does an excellent job. He calls ahead to let you know when he will be there. If there are repairs that need to be made, he lets you know immediately and the approximate cost for repair. He also lets you know if it is something that can wait or needs to be done immediately. I could not recommend a company more highly. Would not use anyone else!

Alfred has worked on my rental property and at my home in the past and I have been pleased. He replaced my compressor that was under warranty and the process went smooth.
