I will DEFINITELY call Air Rescue again. Matter of fact, I gave their name and number to my sister the same day for an issue she had with her unit. Extremely pleased with this provider!!

He did not put any freon in which was part of the deal. He said it was frozen and he did not wait around for it to defrost. He never called back to check on it. They showed up in a timely fashion and were on time. I would not use them again.

The gentleman fixed a clogged hose and added freon. He also serviced the ac unit and installed a new thermostat. I was very pleased with Alfred and will definitely use him again.

Alfred, a Master Technician with Air Rescue USA, called hours before the appointed time to report about when he would be coming by, and then called again to say that he was running ahead of schedule and would be over in 15 minutes. He was right on time! (That's rare nowadays.) | |Originally, I had purchased a Big Deal for an air conditioning tune-up, but by the time I got around to actually scheduling it, the weather was getting chilly here in Houston and, so, I asked him to go ahead and check on the furnace as well. I was glad that I did. He inspected the furnace and then made sure it would start up as it was supposed to. He pointed out a problem - likely a rodent - that I would not have otherwise known about. He then inspected and cleaned the outside unit (condenser, etc.). Both the furnace and the A/C were in perfect working order by the time he left. | |Note: My wife and I don't wear shoes in our home and, when I told Alfred that I had something for him to wear over his work shoes while in the house, he pulled a pair of shoe guards out of his bag and slipped them on. He was prepared for anything! | |Bottom Line: I would not hesitate to call Air Rescue USA again. Alfred was very prompt and very professional. He didn't try to sell us anything, unlike what another technician had tried to do several years back. (We'll never have that guy back!) I highly recommend Air Rescue USA to you.

I was not happy with them. The technician was like was allergic to everything. He spent some time outside and then about three minutes in my attic. He made me a list of things that I should do and then left. There is no way that he could have taken the filters out and looked up in the attic in that time. He came out 2 weeks after I purchased it. He tracked mud through my carpets. I was just not thrilled. The price was okay. He just did not want to be in the house. The company was probably fine; it was the technician. He was on time. I would not use them again.

Alfred was right on time--even having the courtesy to call me in advance (something most people don't do). The parts that needed to be replaced were necessary and expected. I highly recommend AIR RESCUE for their professionalism, and I will use them again.

Between the time I paid for their service and scheduled a visit, a new problem arose, and the technician quickly identified a failed breaker

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It was good. They do what they were supposed to do.

Alfred was fantastic. He was one time, extremely polite and did a great job. He serviced our 10 year old unit (we have a second 5 year old unit as well), so it needed a little TLC. He found the start up system was old and replaced it, buying us another 5 years of life with the unit. He cleaned the condenser coils and added some coolant. He also installed an inline flow swtich to shut off the unit if it overflowed into the drip pan. It is in our attic, and our second unit overflowed into the drip pan and flooded the ceiling, so we didn't want that to happen with this unit. He is very knowledgeable and we will use him to do our regular annual maintenance on both our AC units. I highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Technician was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. In addition to the tune-up we hired him to come back and clean the evaporator coils. We would definitely recommend Air Rescue USA for air conditioning work.

The guy came on time as promised. Took his time and I believe did a wonderful job. Very satisfied.

The crew was a litte late in arriving due to truck trouble, but once there they worked until 10:00 pm to finish the job in one day. Excellent supervision by Mr. A. Joseph; he picked up his crew and brough them to the house and was there until his crew finished the work. He explained the work in detail both before and after and called the next week to be sure all was working properly.

The service provided was fine, it worked out well. I chose them because Angie's List had a specials with them. They were professional and they were good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent! They were very good. We had to pay extra because the actual line had been eaten away so he was able to repair the machine without having to replace the whole thing. He was very professional. The price came to about a thousand because it was an old unit. It was 12 years old. My husband is an engineer and what they did was legit. To replace the line that was eaten away was kind of good because he discovered that there were mice in the attic and it was the mice eating away the line so we were aware of that and had that fixed. It was worth it. With that money, he replaced the freon free and it has kept the unit and it's working really well now. We will call him back for the winter to check to make sure the furnace is working and everything. They came out about a week after I purchased the Big Deal. They were pretty flexible. They were very good and very responsive. He was supposed to come one day but he was running late but he did let us know. He did advise us. He just came the following day.

Air Rescue performed an assessment on our upstairs A/C unit as it was not blowing cool air. We have had this same problem off and on for some time and everyone we called just ended up adding freon, never resolving the issue. Air Rescue determined the unit was low on freon, and said there was a leak somewhere between the outside unit and the unit in the attic. This was something we already knew, but was hoping to be able to pinpoint what the problem was. We were charged for extra freon, which I wasn't expecting as two cans of freon were included in the big deal already. All-in-all they did a good job and made a list of some parts and items that should be replaced in the near future. I was just hoping they would have been able to determine where the leak was so we could finally get it fixed, even if it was an additional fee. We ended up calling our home warrenty which contacted another vendor. They eventually determined we had a leaky coil in our upstairs unit and replaced it.

Service mad was on time, wore shoe covers inside and was very pleasant and professional.

Went well. They did find a problem, but since we have a home owner's policy to fix issues, which will not allow us to select the service provider, we did not use them to fix the issue.

This worked quite well. The tech came right out, did the inspection, and noticed a couple of things that could be repaired. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service. Getting the appointment scheduled was good. I left a message. They promptly returned my call and we found a time to do the work accommodating to my schedule. I plan on using them in the future for the repairs. The technician was neat in appearance and courteous throughout the experience.

The technician came in and inspected the AC units and found that one of the units was low in refrigerant. He said that there was a leak in the evaporator and that it probably wouldn't be long before it would have to be replaced. He also found one of the primary drain lines clogged and unclogged it. He determined a part in the electrical connection was drawing too much amperage during the compressor starting cycle and recommended replacing the part to one of lower amperage. He also found that two UV bulb lights were burned out and he gave me the option of finding replacement bulbs online or he could replace them at the quoted price. Overall, he did a very good job.

Somewhat diffficult to schedule- I had 4 AC units in 2 different houses. Technician was helpful and courteous. Ended up being a rather expensive visit- over $600 after freon was repleted and electrical issues addressed

He spent most of the day on the air conditioners, did make more suggestions but let me know what was absolutely necessary and what was not. Was very friendly and informative.,

After calling to say that he was on the way, the owner arrived promptly. He was so friendly, courteous and very helpful getting to our AC units both inside and outside. There is a screen outside shielding the units from our view, and he carefully removed the screens and then put them back even though I told him that my husband would put them back. He said it was no problem and they were easy to put back in to place. Both units needed their yearly maintenance, in the outdoor parts and indoor. I would GLADLY use Air Rescue again, and would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
