Description of Work: CALLED TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED PHONE ASKED ME SOME QUESTIONS REGARDING WHERE MY HOME WAS. WHEN HE LOCATED IT, HE INFORMED ME VERY NICELY, THAT I WAS NOT IN THEIR SERVICE AREA. HE APOLOGIZED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE MIX UP. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET NEW CUSTOMERS IN THEIR AREA. THIS WAS LISTED AS OVER A BROAD AREA, BUT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONLY FOR THEIR AREA. TOLD HIM IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM, THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS RECEIVED MANY CALLS AND THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE HE TALKS TO GET VERY MAD AT HIM WHEN HE TELLS THE ABOUT THE MIX UP. I WAS NOT MAD, JUST DISAPPOINTED.

Description of Work: The technician tested our A/C unit. He found it running normally. I was gone and my wife was there alone. He tried to get her to buy several hardware items a services (a chemical wash of the unit's outside coils, which were clean; a new capacitor (?) which we didn't need, based on the literature he left when she didn't buy it right away; and an attic door seal which might be useful but we didn't want). Her impression - and mine after reviewing all his suggestions - was that the service deal was only an effort to sell us other services we didn't really need. This is my true impression of the experience.
