Very unprofessional company. Willard's two installers kept leaving the job to work on other projects - for hours at a time. To make matters worse, they carved a homophobic slur on my wall.

Great workers. The work took much longer than we anticipated, but they finished and did a great job. Willard is very kind and fair. He can be difficult to get ahold of, but he was the most reasonable of all the vendors I contacted regarding the services we needed. His workers did a good job and I am very glad that we used them.

Willard and his team are honest professionals. He came to my home on the same day that I called, fixed ONLY the minor problem at issue and my A/C was back on, blowing frosty air, before I knew it! A/C systems are complicated and it is the sign of an honest person that will repair only a frayed wire instead of seeking to replace motors, compressors, freon, etc. Such a nice person too!
