Description of Work: I have been using this company for the past 3 years. They have managed two properties and have charged me 7% of rents received monthly. When repairs needed to be done they provided approximate costs and given the fact that they charge less than other management companies I feel that the costs were reasonable. Overall tenants have stayed longer than the original leases and most have been renewed. Statements have been received regularly and my questions or concerns answered within one day.

Description of Work: Horrible property managers that are incompetent. They overcharge for repairs. They run repairs through their related company and overcharge their clients. Repairs are inadequate. They bill for work not performed.

Description of Work: I first worked with this company in 1997 for some years and was pleased with them. In November 2010 I asked them to manage my triplex. They charge 6% of rents collected plus costs of repairs etc. In November at my request they moved fast to inspect, evaluate and to cost the repair of a roof leak and ceiling collapse which had occurred in a tenant occupied apt. and which had been ignored by the previous management company. The cost quoted although somewhat higher than I had hoped ,was reasonable and after my acceptance of the bid they quickly repaired it and later painted leaving the tenants pleased with the work. When an insurance policy came due for renewal Mr.Klingberg reviewed it for me , recommended another type of policy more suitable for a rental property. I confirmed this with another independent source. He also suggested that I find another insurance company but did not offer any names since I already had some. It has saved me considerable money. They mail monthly statements around 10th of month. Each unit is reported separately, current rents received and expenses identified. Invoices are attached. Issues with tenant are also reported to the owner and addressed by Aim. A summary sheet details total rents received for the month and for the year-to-date. Expenses are similarly managed and disbursement checks are attached.
