I needed a wrought iron fence and gate to go along with some courtyard upgrades I was doing. I learned about A. G. Welding by word of mouth and was very pleased with the service, the quality of the work and the pricing. I would definitely use them again!

I took my old gate in to get an estimate on replacement . they cloned an exact match and delivered it in 3 days. The welder mounted it on my back yard fence and did a great job.p

We are looking at having a wrought iron fence installed. I'm doing three comparisons for that. Theirs was the best quote, the only thing is they don't accept anything except checks. Which makes it kind of difficult for a purchase of such a large item. They were very professional.

They did an excellent job overall. The man was prompt and provided a good service at a reasonable price.

Only wish it had not taken over a month from start to finish for a small job.

Overall a pleasant experience. They came out for evaluation as promised, submitted bid timely, but seemed to lag after getting the deposit. It took approximately two weeks from start to finish, but some of that can be explained away by the weather. Do get every detail in writing, as their estimator will shake his head like he understands and agrees, but will backtrack in the end. It wasn't crucial to the job, but it was irritating to have to get on the phone in the end and argue about what was understood and agreed to, initially. However, their workmanship was very good, and I'm overall pleased.

Sales rep missed initial estimate meeting and didn't bother to call to say he'd be late. I shouldn't have given them another chance! They said 3 weeks from deposit to completion, but was closer to 2 months. After I paid the deposit they came out and installed fence posts. 3-4 weeks later they installed the gates MINUS the motors. It took about 4 weeks of me calling to get them to install the motors. They forgot to leave the ''key'' to allow us to unlock and open the gate manually in the event of a power outage. They offered me a ''discount'' to compensate us for delays. When I got the invoice it was for the full amount and they sent us a $50 gift card for a restaurant that we never eat at ''in lieu of a discount''. The sales rep is unresponsive. Many e-mails and phone calls went unanswered. I called to get the key. They never replied. I called again and am still waiting for the key. If you like unresponsive customer service and promises that aren't kept, this is the company for you!
