Went very well. Very professional and quick

When scheduling the work, I asked their office to email me a copy of their current insurance. I was sent an expired copy. I called the office and they then emailed a current copy and we proceeded to schedule the work. In general, they did a good job on the oak tree and 2 of the 3 crepe myrtles. I felt they could have done more pruning on the 3rd crepe myrtle to open it up but got "push back" on that. This did not make sense, since the other 2 crepe myrtles were pruned satisfactorily in that manner. I had several plants on the patio and asked if they should be moved before they started pruning. The workman shrugged his shoulders and made no effort to move the plants, therefore I did it. Fortunately I did. Towards the end of the work, my husband asked if they blew the leaves out of the gutters. In the past, blowing leaves out of the gutters has been has been standard operating procedure after tree trimming by other contractors that we have used . My husband was told no, they had another job to go to but if we wanted that done they would do it for an additional charge. That seemed a little strange and unprofessional. We might use them again since, in general the results were satisfactory, but gave them only a "C" for professionalism.
