+ -1 moreWe like John's professionalism and his integrity. Sometimes that's hard to find these days, but we feel like we have found it in John. He, himself, was unhappy with A little patchwork that he did--maybe 6 inch by 6 inch. He pointed it out and insists on redoing it to make it perfect. What more can you ask for?
Description of Work: John removed a ceiling fan and installed in a different location in the house. Then he installed a new one where it was removed from. He also removed track lighting and moved it to a new location in the kitchen. He had quite a job with improper wiring and installation of previous work. As always, he explained everything every step of the way. He does wonderful work!

+ 0 moreI am happy with the work and the courtesy the owner John showed the tenant and will be using him again for future repair work.
Description of Work: Replace carpet padding in master bedroom closet that was removed due to pipe leak. Also replace sheet rock that was damaged by leak, do prep work to finish and repaint ceiling.
