The service provider were very professional and punctual. The work was done on time. Highly recommendable! Now we can monitor our house remotely with ease.

These guys were awesome, told me they would be in and out in less than 2hours and they were done in less than 1 1/2 hours, told me there were no hidden charges and there wasn't, they were professional in everyway and left my home as clean as they found it. I was so happy with their services that i'm gonna get them to do my buisness also. If anyone is looking for a Security system r camera system u cannot find a better company.

I contacted Tom's company after looking at Fry's options. I knew I did not want to get involved with pulling all the wires. This was the main problem I saw with doing it myself. Tom did a great job of walking me through the alternatives. He laid out some problems with the SWAN systems I would buy at Fry's which I later verified by researching it on the internet. The camera systems were professionally installed, and the house/ grounds looked good after he was done. He did come out the next week and helped me tweak the cameras. You cant know how the infrared will work until it has gotten dark. We had to adjust the zoom, etc on several of the cameras. All in all I am very happy. After this was done, I let tom take over monitoring of my home security system. The service I got during the transition was great, and I continue to be happy with the service. They quoted me a price that I thought was too good to be true and delivered a high quality product at a Affordable price. They were 30 minutes early, which is unheard of. The camera system was a high performance DVR with backup supply, the cameras were crystal clear, the set up the I.P. address and they gave me a 2 year warranty. The security system was installed a very low price and the monthly monitoring was way cheaper than a lot of the other companies I spoke with. Overall will recommend this company to anyone.

This project was done within a few days of the work being bid and was completed quickly with no interruption to the business. They proposed a very reasonable solution that did not require additional construction (whereas the other contactors that were bidding the work suggested that re-construction of the doorway would need to be done first). Their price was very reasonable and they used high quality components. We haven't had any problems since the installation. On a side note, I had previously used the main principals of the business several times over the last few years for the installation of security cameras (internal and external) and recording DVR's at other businesses that I own. They have run all of the cabling for the cameras as well as programmed the DVR to record and be networked so that the cameras can be viewed remotely. They've also taken the time to train me on the DVR and how to make changes to the settings if necessary. They also service the camera system and have replaced cameras that have failed within the warranty periods. In total they have done two 16 camera installations and one 32 camera installation and I've never had a problem with their work or the quality of the products that they have sourced for me.
