Brought them out to pressure wash deck, and driveway. Did a great job, explained product they were using, very professional. Just a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but as they say you get what you pay for, and in this case I'm glad I paid extra $$

The entire service was great except for the punctuality. They were schedule to arrive between 11AM and 2PM. When they hadn't arrived by 2PM, I called and they said they were running a little late and would be there by 3PM. I kept checking back with them, and they kept delaying the time. They ended up not getting to my house until 4:30 PM. I understand that there can be delays, but it bothered me that they weren't considerate enough to call me and I had to call them each time. If they were running that far behind schedule, I'm sure they knew before 2PM that there was no way they were getting to my house any time soon. Once they finally got there, they did a great job. I'm not sure why I had to pay extra for the "Premium Track Cleaning" but it wasn't a huge extra cost. They cleaned the tracks with the same brush they were already using for the windows. There was no special tool or process involved. I guess it just meant that they spent a little extra time on the tracks since I paid extra. The windows looked fantastic. They carefully removed and cleaned every screen and properly reinstalled everything. The only thing I had to request of them was to move their water filtration machine to the grass. The machine discharges a lot of water out of the back as it is filtering. Where they initially placed the machine resulted in the discharged water flowing over some rocks and right down a drain that leads to the street. I asked them to move it to the grass, so that the water would at least be put to use and not wasted. They quickly obliged and went right back to work. I would definitely use them again but hope that they would show up on time next time (or at least be respectful of my time and notify me if they are going to be late).

The two-person crew worked for almost six hours. A supervisor came to the home to check on the work. I was very pleased with the results.

I thought they did a good job! I had a patio that I did not want fold and they did it all by hand for me. They also did a very nice and neat job for my windows. Those people are very polite, nice, and responsive. I don't have to worry about anything, they were a little expensive but they did a lot, just a fact that they hand did my patio and that's something a lot of people won't do, so I think their price is fair.

They did a very good job. The house looks very neat. The pricing was a bit high but again, it's a big house as well. Everything that I ask for, they do it right away.

They told us exactly what they were going to do and provided a firm price. They did the work as stated and on time. They cleaned up well. They did an overall great job.

I called them to request a bid for pressure washing our pool deck, driveway, sidewalks, and windows. They were prompt, professional, and the crew picked up as requested. I will use them again.

Scheduling was no-hassle and quick, crew of two came right on time, did the work and left no debris behind. Will use again.

They did a good job. I didn't have to ask them to come out again for any reason. I didn't have to stand behind them and point things out to them.

Everything went according to plan, except the gutters still do not work properly because they did not flush out the downspouts which are still full of dirt and leaves. Called the owner 3 times and he's promised his service guy would call...no one has ever called.

These folks did an excellent job around the property. They were careful not to harm surveillance cameras around the house and the areas they cleaned were done to perfection. The only snafu was in scheduling, and once that confusion was corrected, they even worked late on a Saturday to make it right.

They didn't come the day they said they were coming, but did reschedule and came on time. They spent alot of time here but the price is very hefty.

Other than breaking a plant saucer, the two people from Advantage Pro did a very thorough and professional job.

The service was very good. The gutters were cleaned and the mess was picked up. Very satisfied customer. I would call them again for future services.

My wife and I live in Katy. Recently, we decided that our house was long overdue for a pressure washing, and so as I have with many other household maintenance items, I went to Angie's List to find reputable service providers. I always use the Advanced Search feature on AL to screen for highly rated providers. That initial screen led me to Advantage Pro Services. I recommended to my wife that she give them a call. She called them several times over about a week. Initially, we asked for a quote, and the customer service rep responded by indicating that they could provide a quote remotely by using Google Maps (or a similar online tool). Very odd response, but I frankly didn't care as long as I received reasonable value and quality work. They never came back with a quote. Additionally, we scheduled at least 2 separate visits to do the actual work, both of which no one showed up for. Finally, even our calls to find out the scoop went unreturned,. Incredibly frustrating experience. In this era where the competition in such markets is fierce and unrelenting, I'm flabbergasted that we would be treated this way, even more so given that we were new (potential) customers. Apparently, my business was not particularly valuable to them.

Great job! They came out and performed the estimate as promised. Then, after an extended wait (on my part) they showed up when promised and completed the work without issue. Excellent Service.

The quality of window cleaning was average, at best, which was a disappointment because we felt like we paid above average rates. The person cleaning the window had not been prepared for the paint splash, and he acted ill-equipped for the job. At one point, he commented that he wished someone made a spray that would help to remove the paint. He frequently asked me if the job was complete, and I had to point out pretty obvious spots that still needed to be cleaned. The power washing of the fence was satisfactory; the price for that service was $285, which seemed a bit steep to me. I was disappointed that no one from the company came out to perform a quality check, and no one asked me if the work was done to my satisfaction when they took my credit card payment.

From my first interaction with this company, they were very professional. Michael responded within 24 hours with a proposal, and offered a discount for more than one property. Within 30 days, he contacted me and offered to clean the house the next day, at a discount. They showed up as scheduled the next day and completed the job. On first pass, they missed cleaning the awnings, but after I called and they checked the work completed and determined that the awnings were not cleaned, they came out the next day and completed the job. They provided insurance and bond information as requested. All in all, a very well run and professional company.

I emailed Michael for a quote and he returned my call the next day. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and we set a date for service. The service team arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were professional, helpful, and willing to answer my questions. When they were finished, they showed me the work they had completed and asked if I was satisfied (I was). The only issue we had was that we forgot to bring in our outdoor thermometer sensor and it became waterlogged. We thought they would have checked for those types of things, but we were able to resurrect it.

They were very responsive on the phone. They sent me a quote to my email for me to approve the work. Two guys arrived on time and performed a great job. The sidings longer had green mold and the driveway was spot free.
