The technicians arrived punctually within the window of time designated. They were friendly, courteous and professional, and listened while I explained which windows I wanted washed and which one needed the minor repair. They wore shoe covers when moving around inside the house and left both my floors and my windows spotless. The minor repair was made thoroughly and quickly, and they didn't even wake up the baby. We will definitely be calling upon them again for any window washing services.

Chris did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done. He worked safely, was respectful, and was punctual. The price is on the high side considering that the gutters were accessible and simple (with no gutter cover or underground connections). But the work was done very well and I have no regrets.

The phone call follow up to my initial email was prompt and curious. A quote was generated and provided with a copy of the liability insurance bond. The two contractors arrived inside the schedule window of time. They were dressed neat and clean. They introduced themselves, surveyed the work, and offered other suggestions for improving the house. After about an hour they work was complete. I inspected approved the work. Paid the invoice. Start to finish was about 75 minutes. Very happy with results on all upper level exterior windows. They dried clean and mildew free.

Had to reschedule a couple of times due to the whether. They were very accommodating. Friendly, easy to schedule with and they do a great job. I will continue to use them.

On the day of the appointment 2 young men showed up at the scheduled time and introduced themselves. They explained the cleaning process that they were going to use and the 10 day rain guarantee. They were clean-cut and professional. They completed the work in approximately 2 hours. When they were done they asked me to please inspect the windows which I did. They did a great job, especially considering it?s a 3 story house. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Gave a call for a quote, scheduled for August 22, 2014, 10:00 a.m. Michael Arndt, Chief Operating Officer arrived at 10 a.m., walked through house (2 story). I selected which windows for both interior & exterior cleaning. He made excellent notes. Michael also spoke with my husband about cleaning the gutters (which we agreed upon). I was able to review Michael's notes & approve. Work was scheduled for Thurs., September 4, 2014, 8:00 a.m. Carlos & Eric arrived at 8 a.m. We walked through the house to clarify the typewritten notes. They began with the interior (on the second floor) working down to first floor. Very polite, friendly, hard workers. They broke for lunch & returned to complete the exterior and cleaned the gutters. I recommend Advantage Pro Services. Tabitha in the office called to remind of the appt.., and also after the work, to check on how everything went. We will call on them again when needed. Advantage Pro Services is exactly the type of company I prefer to work with.

I provided the company with flexibility about what time they could come.I was not home when they performed the service. They missed the glass front door so I called the company to request follow up. Someone returned the next day. The window washers did a very good job.

We found them on Angie's List. We were not too impressed by them. We just had a big party, and we had them out before the party. They just blow it out of the gutters, they don't get up there and clean it off. We also told them not to get onto the roof, and my husband also said do not get on the roof. We said that we had blown everything down to where they could reach it. Then when my husband came home, all three of them were on the roof, and that ticked off my husband, and he asked them to come down. Then they just started blowing stuff in the flower beds and every where. They cleaned up, but they didn't do a good job of it. It got all over the patio and the plants. I thought the price was expensive for what they did.

The windows came out clean and clear of foreign matter inside and out. The were courteous, helpful and efficient. The price did not include cleaning the window tracks which is a surprise and disappointment. Subsequently we had reason to believe they are a little pricey. We may use them again, but will do a more careful price comparison.

They did a great job! Some of the gutters had not been cleaned in over 5 year! Did the job quickly too. They did ask me about gutter covers and I explained that we might be interested when we replace the roof next year. No pressure to buy.

We had used them at our previous home and they did a great job there and did a great job at our new home last month.

I called to request a quote and received an email within several hours giving me a quote and full description of the services I could expect. I wanted to compare with another quote, so I wanted a few days before confirming. I felt the quote was fair considering the work to be done. They gave me a time frame in which to expect them to come, they responded to all my questions about the details of the services very promptly, and they showed up within the time frame they promised. I felt they did a very good job with the power washing and window cleaning. I pointed out a few windows that needed to be addressed, and they cleaned them over. They were very professional and respectful of my home while doing the work. I asked if they also did outdoor house painting, and they promptly had someone from that department get in contact with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them and use them again, myself.

They showed up in the time window specified, and they cleaned the windows thoroughly. They even asked me to review before they packed up to leave.

It's been okay. They did a pretty good job. They seemed to be efficient and fine. I had one issue with a little bit of stucco that was kind of torn so I asked them to come back to look at it. It may not have been their fault but they never showed up so I fixed it myself. Otherwise they were all right and they did the job. I didn't have any issues with the price. I might use them again.

I called to schedule a consultation on a Monday, received a quote for their services on Tuesday and had a crew at my house doing the work by Wednesday. All the people I dealt with at Advantage Pro Services, from the woman that provided me a quote for the services to the technicians that came out to my home, were courteous and professional. My house is older so I had concerns about water coming in through the window sills. They assured me this would not occur and they were right. My house looks like I got a new paint job and the windows look terrific. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will use them again myself.

They were so professional when I called them. The person I spoke to was the person that came to my home. He was very nice.

I was very, very pleased with Thomas, the worker--he knew what he was doing. Made helpful suggestions. He worked continuously for four hours without needing any instructions or corrections. I went out to observe several times. He was cheerful and very polite. I offered a cup of coffee, which he accepted graciously and politely. He was very careful of plants and property. I saw nothing amiss. His clean-up was perfect. Great management responded promptly and courteously. They delivered on every promise and the cost was different from estimate only because I kept requesting additional items. Nothing was "pushed" on me. I was completely at ease throughout the whole process

Prompt responses to emails. Came out to provide estimate rather than guess over phone. Called to confirm work date and time. Showed up as scheduled and work done well. Will use again and refer to others.

First of all, the windows look great. As I write this review, I'm looking out the living room windows to the backyard and you can't see the glass at all. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. Washed the insides first, cleaned the screens, and then washed the exterior windows. There were no problems with the window washing. No damage to plants or structure.

The driveway, walkway, and porch look great. They look nice and clean. There was one problem with this service call: the crew arrived without a pressure washer. Since they also were washing the windows (see separate review), they were able to go ahead and start work while one of the crew went for the pressure washer. The result was that the work took longer than expected.

They gave me a quote without having to come out and which seemed competitive when I discussed with others. They were scheduled to come on 2/6 but called early that morning to say the weather was so cold that they expected their equipment to not perform well; they promised to be out on 2/8 or perhaps even 2/7. I received a called this morning that they would be there and they arrived by 11 am. All of the concrete and the fireplace looks great and the windows are not dirty at all. They called when on their way and also when they were finished so I could meet them. Very good service!

I was in the process of getting my home ready for sell and needed my exterior and driveway cleaned desperately. Advantage Pro Services scheduled me under short notice. They arrived on time and began work immediately. They truly exceeded expectations leaving my home as clean as almost new. I received a cash offer the same day I put it on the market. I used them to power wash my patio, drive and walkway. They were prompt and very professional, The quality of work was very good. My prior experiences with power washing companies had not been good. I recommended them to my neighbor.
