Awesome, I've never seen my driveway so clean.

Excellent work done very professionally and great quality service. My house never looked better than after what A Pro Services did. Worked hard, diligently and with professional skill. Will always use this service in the future. Good to know there are great service providers who care about their work and their customers.

Excellent! Blasted away all of the gum and stains. They also used a buffer type machine to scrape away deep stains

Fantastic! Cesar and Eric from Advantage Pro Services arrived on time and professionally and thoroughly cleaned the sidewalk of gum, dirt, and debris. The crew took care to avoid pedestrians with the water blasts and also protected parked vehicles from any direct impact of the powerful cleaning blasts.

All the muck is gone! My home looks beautiful!!!

Work too less than half hour. Thought it was too expensive for the service provided. Would shop around more next time.

They clean our pool weekly and are very conscientious and timely. Even so, $189/mo seems a little steep.

Overall they did a great job. Would have liked a little better work done on chimney surround but not sure if they got on roof or washed from the ground.

This is the second time we have used them. The result was once again excellent. Windows were clean with no streaks. they waited until we inspected the windows and then touched up areas, which were minimal, with no question.

The service was fine. They were timely in scheduling appointments but the bad news was I had to call them to schedule the appointment.

The job went great, they showed up as arranged knocked out the work and the windows have looked the best they ever have.

I'm updating my review. I was a bit harsh on my initial review of Advantage Pro Services. There was a major miscommunication regarding the services I requested. They have since come back out and fixed my issues at no additional charge. I plan on using them again for additional services (when I have more money). After the miscommunication was worked out, I highly recommend them!! They actually listen to their customers and work very hard to satisfy them. Thank you! Paula

The provider didn't actually clean up after himself. Also, there are parts of my yard that now flood because when he flushed the line, he didn't replace the garden connector. There was debris left in my yard from the gutters. He did clear all of the gutters, he just left a mess. I'm pretty sure he was irritated that I didn't accept the additional services he was pushing.

The 2 employees showed up on time, were appropriately dressed, professional. They showed clear expertise in their work and even handled some challenges without complaining (black spots on the windows from the trees). Unlike some other companies we have hired to wash our windows, they worked at an appropriate pace (e.g., they didn't rush but also didn't loiter). Job well done.

Service was on time and professional. My big plate glass windows required a second cleaning which was promptly and cheerfully scheduled. Second crew was equally professional and very thorough.

They came and supposedly cleaned 30 outside windows. it was more like a quick power wash! They were here no more than about 20 or 30 minutes at most. I really couldn't tell they were here. I've had my windows cleaned before a while back and the windows sparkled. I don't remember the name of the company but they were here at least 2 or 3 hours. I would never hire Advantage Pro services again.

I was very please that they were able to put me on their schedule quickly, even though it was so close to Christmas, when I assume they get a lot of business from people sprucing up for the holidays. They arrived on time, got right to work, and did a great job. Windows looked beautiful when they were finished. I would have loved to pay less, of course, but the price didn't seem out of line with competition.

Everyone I dealt with at Advantage Pro Services was courteous and professional from the estimator (Justin) to the office manager (Jessica) to the crew who actually performed the work. The two-man crew arrived on time and quickly got right to work. Near the end of job completion, the crew leader (Omar) encouraged me to walk around and address any concerns. The following day, Jessica phoned to check on the job satisfaction. I would definitely use Advantage Pro Services in the future.

They came out in one day and did a great job. They also gave me a $25 discount.

I called on Monday and they were able to schedule my service for Thursday. I had badly clogged gutters to the point I was almost embarrassed to have someone come out. There were things growing in my gutters it was that bad. The technicians were very understanding and had quite a mess to clean out. They were quick and efficient. They bagged up all the mess from the gutters (three large garbage bags full) and were careful not to damage my landscaping. Then they pressure washed my large driveway, side RV pad and large patio area. I was amazed at how great it looked when they were finished. I'm sure the driveway was not that clean when I bought the house. I will definitely have them back on a regular basis to keep my gutters clear. I have some exterior maintenance work to complete and when that is done, I plan on having the entire house pressure washed by Advantage.

Gutter cleaning was good. The window washing was adequate, not great. I thought the charge was a little expensive.

I called them originally to get the house pressure washed. They sent me a quote to clean the gutters and we had to renegotiate what service I was looking for. It was difficult to explain that I wanted the carport floor pressure washed also. At one time the girl said "we don't do carpets". They charged more to pressure wash the small single carport floor than to pressure wash the house. Also they repeatedly tried to get me to have gutters cleaned. The work crew arrive early when I wasn't there and did much of the house. I arrived and moved a car so they could finish. They left and I discovered they had missed spots, mud dauber nests, etc. I called and they offered to come back and fix but I was tired of dealing with them . I hired someone else for $100 to redo the house and they did a more thorough job.

My husband and I were very pleased with the services that were performed. The technicians were punctual and professional, both when they provided the initial estimate and on the day they performed the work. They did a great job cleaning the exterior of our stucco house, windows, driveway, and garage. The exterior was noticeably cleaner, and my husband and I were even asked if we had re-painted the house. I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you have a stucco home.
