Services we offer

We are equiped to provide services for many types & sizes of projects up to approx. $200K. We also welcome small projects, however usually not small handyman type repairs. We have been an installing dealer for 28 years of quality product lines for patio rooms, sunrooms , screen enclosures, covers, pergolas, & replacement windows. This is in addition to our custom baths & kitchens, siding, general remodelling and swimming pool installations.

Services we don't offer

Handyman type repairs, broken glass replacement, small painting projects, unless they are in addition to another installation.

Dan Lively and his crew showed up right on time within a few days of striking a deal. Finished the job in 2 days, cleaned up afterward, and followed up to see if I was satisfied. Friendly crew and worked quietly, cleanly, and quickly. Excellent service and excellent workmanship. I've already asked for a bid on a pool screen and pergola in another area. Thanks Dan.
Description of Work: built a screen over an internal courtyard with Lexan panels to keep out rain.
